We were big fans of this venue in our last year NS cruise. I think this singer is the same, and the guitar player a guy from Argentina. Could it be?

Hint - they are not blocking the activity of streaming they are blocking videos on certain websites or are hosted by certain websites.  🤫. Funnily the only thing I couldn’t watch by slinking around the web was my training videos - oh boohoo.

Agreed, I had the same “Staples” (a big box American office supply store) pen on my cruise in March.

I am feeling ignored.....no love note.  Nobody cares about me 😂

We did get a knock on stateroom door just after 9am, but it was a techie to fix the tv. (Tv stopped working last night and GS said they would reboot. That didn't work, but i realised that the red standby light wasn't showing, so got my hand into back of tv and jiggled plug in a bit further......success! Only mistake was not informing GS that it was working again.)

The lunch menu has changed! I shall miss the roasted cauliflower dish I always used to get 😢.

Do you have the deluxe, upgraded MDR bread puddings at dinner?  We had them almost every night a few weeks ago.  There were delicious.  For some reason, they were not on the Lido menu. They were only on the MDR menus.

Wont be having a drinks package on my next trip so just curious!

I am devastated that you asked about whisky and not whiskey!  Any particular brand?

We rarely do the MDR, but there have been some unusual puds in Lido.  What I don't like to see is the unnecessary extra dusting of icing sugar on the puddings. It is a recent phenomenon that I don't  appreciate. Hard enough to keep the daily calorie count down without adding unnecessary sugar.

Lead guitar is Maximilian from Argentina.  His wife is on board with him.

I am totally with you on the added sugar issue.  I mention it on every evaluation.  They put sugar in a lot of stuff that would be fine without it.

On the world cruise, where I have the top wifi package (don't remember names from when I bought it long ago), I can stream Netflix, but I have to engage my VPN first, as Netflix will not stream to some of the parts of the earth where we are. You might give that a try, VMax1700.
