Any Info on Anthem 6674?

Recommended Posts

We booked a guarantee balcony on Anthem 19 May.  We have beeb allocated 6674.

We are fairly happy with this as it has cabins above and, I think shops below.  Therefore it shouldn’t be noisy.

I have read contradictory articles whether it’s a restricted view and also , if it’s directly above the smoking area.

Anyone have experience of this cabin and is so, what is your opinion?

Not from direct experience, but this is also a connecting stateroom if that matters to you with an interior door that will connect to 6676. You are also on the deck with obstructed views resulting from the lifeboats, but are in a section that does not have any in front of you, so that won't be an issue. However there is direct downward limitations with the deck extension below. Not certain but you may be correct regarding this being the smoking area directly below as well. Below you internally is an area of retail shops and the hallway to Two70.

If you are uncertain of this location you can be moved to any available stateroom in your same assigned sub-category which I believe is 3D/4D (in this case I believe with a GTY they are considered the same).  Just contact whomever you booked through and they can confirm alternate location availability and move you if desired.

No switch possible if booked in Scottland/UK.

Sorry - didn't catch that in the OP's signature.  An unfortunate difference in the rules, I guess.  I don't think the location is bad with, if it matters, the exception of the smoking area which I do think is right below them on the deck 5 outdoor promenade.

It is above the outdoor smoking area on deck five. You WILL smell the smoke from there. I know that because I book accessible cabins ,7764 & 8674 for my wife, and it does reach us there.
