Why does the Princess site go down every evening?????

I am getting sick and tired of that stupid picture of the ship and saying they are having technical difficulties.  EVERY NIGHT

I have no idea why you’re experiencing this every night.  I rarely have this type of issue, but mostly when everyone else is seeing the same.  Some people find it happens on different servers.  I’m certainly not a tech person, so I’m hoping some of our knowledgeable members can advise you.

I also had a difficult time a couple of months back.  Decided it was my provider.  Some of the blame could be for Safari too.  Crossing my fingers, things have been better.

I agree that Princess needs to get this fixed because it has been very frustrating.

I never have a problem with the Princess site going down in the evening...it could be your provider.

The Princess website seems to go down when they refresh the offers. There has been a few times when you log into your account and the website error message is displayed if you try to pick flights via EZ Air.

 

Overall, it seems that they do a lot of updates in the later in the day (Eastern time zone) around the weekend that then messes up the browser cache, which requires sometimes a restart of the browser to get it working again.
