ScottC4746 Posted May 10 #1 Share Posted May 10 I may be having a 60th birthday bash with three others in June on the Harmony. Those who follow me and my comments, I am surprised I even what to do a mega ship like the Harmony, but it works out for everyone. DH and I will book our cabin with our favorite AAA travel specialist, but I am not sure the other three are AAA members or not. They are booking their own air and cruise bookings. With that, how can we get our reservations all linked up together so our table assignments in the main dining room are together?

Yes, provide yhe other booking numbers to your agent and they can take care of that for you.

lovelife Posted May 10 #4 Share Posted May 10 Good luck. On our last cruise DH and I each had a connecting balcony and we were linked at booking. Upon boarding we found I was assigned a table for six in Chic dining room and DH was assigned a table for two (don't know with whom) in Grande dining room. I waited in line at the dining entrance the first day to get them corrected and was advised nothing could be done and we should do my time! 😵 No thanks. Fix that ahead of time via a rcldining@rccl.com email request.
leaveitallbehind Posted May 10 #6 Share Posted May 10 You can do it yourself through the cruise planner or call RCCL and they can assist and do it for you. You just have to have everyone's booking number when you do the linking. Typically, as the one doing the linking you would also be the one doing the reservations, etc., on behalf of the rest. Just be advised if anyone else makes a change in the linked reservations it will affect all others similarly.

If you were each booked solo in a cabin then the fact that you were assigned separate dining rooms would not matter since there is no such thing as a table for one. Just show up at either restaurant for one of your tables.
lovelife Posted May 11 #9 Share Posted May 11 Thanks. Mine was a table for six so DH couldn't just show up and try to squeeze in. You'd think they would have advised me to just sit with my DH at his two-top but since there are no tables for one, they must have had someone else assigned to sit with him. We ate elsewhere all ten nights.

If you are really cross referenced, you would be assigned same table

We always do My Time. Early seating you are rushed too much from ports and late seating I am chewing on the furniture by 6 PM.
