Rare dickinson Posted June 15 #1 Share Posted June 15 We will be touring Buckingham Palace this summer and our tickets say to go to Gate C. All I have found is that it is near the King's Galleries. I am trying to have my walking directions from Victoria tube station but am finding it hard to find my destination! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. CruiserBruce Posted June 15 #2 Share Posted June 15 The Kings Galleries are on Google Maps. That should get you very close.
Cotswold Eagle Posted June 15 #3 Share Posted June 15 It’s on Buckingham Gate, a little way up from the King’s Galleries (near the traffic lights). If you go to the official website, click ‘Map and Directions’, it’s clearly marked. https://www.rct.uk/visit/buckingham-palace

Cotswold Eagle Posted June 15 #5 Share Posted June 15 Try clicking ‘See larger map’ in the box at upper left - that opens Google Maps successfully for me. Alternatively, copy the coordinates and paste into Google Maps. The King’s Gallery is on Google Maps, so if that doesn’t work, just navigate to there and walk a further minute up the road. You really can’t miss the entrance.

Click here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/zRHfvDqwLYmvRou66. The ticket office and the entrance for Buckingham Palace tours is where the red pin is. That map should allow you to ask for directions. You can see the canopies for the ticket office and the entrance in this picture: https://maps.app.goo.gl/VEaTE5pTYQYmgpux8 - the entrance itself is under the canopy closest to the camera; it protects the snake for the security scanners. hrhdhd Posted June 16 #9 Share Posted June 16 The King's Gallery (singular) has a nice exhibition on with royal photography on now. If you have time after your BP tour, I'd recommend it. https://www.rct.uk/collection/exhibitions/royal-portraits-a-century-of-photography/the-kings-gallery-buckingham-palace
Rare LINDAE3213 Posted August 9 #10 Share Posted August 9 It's one gate over from kings galleries. We sat in the area between the 2 as we waited for our ticket time. Did english rose tea shop for light breakfast before tour. Gate C is very well marked...basically the right side of the palace if you.were standing in the front of the palace with victoria statue behind you.
