Getting from MCO to Port Canaveral

Recommended Posts

Our flight arrives after all of the routine MCO bus transfers to Cape Canaveral stops. The latest bus transfer I could find was around 12:30pm. We arrive much later. Do you think we will have trouble finding an Uber or other means of transport to the port? Does anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions?

TIA

How much later is "much later" - you do realize it's an hour or so from MCO to the cruise port right? When is final boarding for your cruise? What is your plan if your flight is delayed?

MCO is one of the busiest airports in the country - there are always countless rideshare and taxi drivers circling waiting for people needing a ride - that's not the issue.

Try Cocoa Beach Shuttle.  Our flight came in at 2:10 and we used them.  I think they run til 9 pm.

$28 pp each way or $25 pp for round trip.

Whomever you use, they will work with you.

This is who we used both from MCO to the Canaveral area and then from the hotel to the port the next day.

Thanks. I'll give them a try.

If you are flying in late the day of your cruise you are really risking missing the ship!!!!

I hope you know the difference in sailaway time vs the time they stop allowing people to board because that is about a 90min difference!!!!

I live near the port and often use UBER to go to/from the airport. Occasionally I have an issue getting a ride from the airport on 'standard'. If I up to PLUS I get a ride in minutes for just a few dollars more

How much is the ride usually?
