VitaminSea53 Posted July 21 #1 Share Posted July 21 I know there is a way to look at menus and activities for cruises that you are not booked on through the App. I can’t remember how to do it. Can anyone help- please.
jelayne Posted July 21 #2 Share Posted July 21 Click under the calendar on the first page of the app that takes to a page where at the bottom you can see "Change Ship/Sail date" that takes you to all your booked cruises, at the bottom of that page yo will see Browse Our ships, Select that , then select the ship and the sail dates will show for that ship.

Sound like we're working with slightly different versions of the app, or perhaps it's me on Android and you on Apple? Seems to be a missing step: For the current Android app: Open up app to your cruise. There will be 3 icons across the top. Rightmost is the 'Person' icon. Click that. Under the name of your cruise, click "Select a different cruise > " Scroll down to "Don't see your cruise?" and click on "Let's add it now" Toward the bottom, you can now select "Browse our ships > " As @jelayne says, you can now select the ship/date of interest. The iPhone app has the 3 icons on the top, apparently like the android version. Using the calendar Icon on the iPhone app seems easier to me than going the Person icon

Rare Jim_Iain Posted July 21 #6 Share Posted July 21 Definitely a couple of ways to get there -- they sure don't make it easy. I've done it so frequently I just use a method the IT guy taught me
miched Posted July 21 #7 Share Posted July 21 They don’t make it easy. It is very difficult. The IT person needs to do a test using random subjects asking them to navigate the app. They want you to use it for many things on the ship and most times the information is wrong. I print out my boarding pass. It is easier to use than trying juggle my phone, access the app , find the boarding pass while also having my pass port and contending with my carry on. 🤷♂️ Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅
