Utopia - Can I stream on the TV?

I know that I don't go cruising to watch TV, blah, blah, blah, but I do like to unwind and watch a bit of TV before I go to bed. Can we stream from our phones to the tv in the cabin on Utopia?

Wonder has something like routers in each cabin, so I'd assume utopia being newer also has them. You can stream wirelessly on wonder.

A recent report from the ship says no but YMMV.

No and my TV was firmly mounted to the wall with no way to hinge or swivel it out resulting in no access to the inputs.

The new ships have WiFi access points in each cabin but that has no part in streaming to the TVs.

That sucks. Not a dealbreaker, but it would have been nice. Oh well … thanks!

Why would it be a deal breaker. Just lower yourself to watch regular TV.

I’ll see if hubby wants to do that. I know he was trying to travel with less, but we’ll see.
