However, it is seriously not the end of the world if they aren't. Bonus answer: I'm better off if fries are less delicious, so I eat less of them. I would guess "fresh cut", much less labor involved. Heck, even if they are cruising every month I still applaud them for being able to make that distinction. I think its more of it leaves a lasting impression on you and when they changed, it was very noticeable for people who cruise pretty often.
