WiFi upgrade - is it cancellable?

Currently I can buy an upgrade at 20% off.

 

If I do buy this today is it cancellable like the excursions?

 

The reason I ask is that better offers may be just around the corner.

I am almost certain anything purchased in the cruise planner is cancelable..up to a limit just before cruise..

Yes, you can cancel any ppre-cruise purchase up to a certain point.   Read the fine print as some may come with a penalty.

Typically you can cancel any purchased item bought through the planner up to 2 days prior to sailing for a refund to your CC.  Up to that time as well you can cancel and repurchase if a lower price is offered without penalty.

You don't go into your cruise planner (or "Plan my cruise") to cancel, you want to "Manage reservation":

Please clarify.  Do you mean within 48 hours of purchasing?  If so, that is not correct.  There is no time restriction on when you can cancel other than it needs to be 2 days prior to the departure date.  You can cancel and repurchase at a lower price without penalty at anytime.

 

Cancelations made on board for excursions typically need to be made 24-48 hours prior to the excursion departure and will be credited as an OBC.
