Thanks for doing this live, I'll be on the Mardi Gras for Halloween and you're getting me in the cruising spirit!!!

Don’t miss the Mardi Gras Parade as well as the crowning of King/Queen that follows it; which leads up to the Voodoo Moon show.

Slept in today till 10:30.

Got up and got cleaned up and am going to SeaDay brunch.

i have reservations at Teppenyaki at 9pm (it’s all they had left) so I gotta have a much later lunch than normal (probably as close to 3pm as I can get, which is the latest food is really open on carnival…before dinner)

Shirt-Of-The-Day…

Love the shirt!  You could say that it is the work of a Graffiti artist...

You know what I find weird.why do SO MANY people sit in the stairs??

the best guess I have is its the population of folks who are dirt poor so they cram four adults into an interior..so they just “hang out”

OR its people who otherwise hang out on “street corners” or “in front of liquor stores”.

also; 90% of it is 13-20 year olds (as they can’t sit at a bar)

but I also do see full blown ADULTS doing it too.

I don't mind people sitting on stairs - as long as they leave a pathway up or down.  It is when I have to literally step over people, or weave in and out of them that I get annoyed.  I have noticed mostly teens doing this, but have seen some adults when they are waiting for dining rooms to open.

I gotta be honest with you guys…

I need a do-over of this cruise..

I absolutely did nothing on this ship, other than gamble 😞 (big surprise right?)

I was stuck so bad after the first couple nights (ie: $22k)..those damn gift cards got me..I lost control again and burned them all…all $16k worth! Betting $15 a pop UltimateX video poker will do that to you.

i said a little prayer that it I could get close to even, I wouldn’t gamble again. (I know you’re not supposed to pray about gambling)

well..I went on the SICKEST run and got back to $18k!

So now I gotta hold up my end of the bargain.
I honestly stopped today because my eyes and hands literally hurt (not because I was losing!)

I put it all back on my S&S sans $1000 that I kept out for after dinner tonight.

i also was checking out a couple beautiful gals in the casino..and it turns out a table-mate that is very friendly, met them earlier this cruise, so she brought them over and introduced me.

the one gal is actually also going through the big D; so we have been vibing.

here are the photo’s that were jackpots..and yes I got the SuperGrandChance literally 10 minutes apart (first was minimum prize, second was $1500)

I’ve also hit a lot of ~$1000 hits.IMG_7959.thumb.jpeg.d541e9f94283a3b4614e626071f24a15.jpegIMG_7958.thumb.jpeg.3010fdb5717f90988467d13fb677189f.jpegIMG_7946.thumb.jpeg.bddc0eaf109f1bcd5f34d77ae6e40ffe.jpegIMG_7933.thumb.jpeg.072212d9d4e593f30437e09b90332ab1.jpegIMG_7932.thumb.jpeg.242abb4484fe43c8e66972a67ec69be7.jpegIMG_7907.thumb.jpeg.1b89672aa49167c082f550e4b0530ce6.jpegIMG_7906.thumb.jpeg.222fa291c0efe7bca96dc9b9ddb1a4b5.jpeg

This couple across from me at Bonzai; literally looks like they’d be on 90-day fiancé (her from another country)

and they most awesomely have two screaming toddlers…

WHO BRINGS TWO SCREAMING TODDLERS AT 9PM TO TEPPENYAKI!

I can only imagine these kids going WILD when the flames get going from the cooktop…

these people must be Nobel prize winners

There’s actually another “solo” at my steam table..and homie looks absolutely miserable…he said he has a shellfish allergy.

I have a shellfish allergy and I absolutely love Teppanyaki. They do a great job there with allergies and will cook the steak and/or chicken before they cook the shrimp so there's no cross contamination.

I just looked at my shirt more closely..lol there’s a mistake

It has an alternator..Milner’s car wouldn’t have; it would have been a generator.

also the headers have collector flanges; Milner had exhaust he just “uncorked” it to race.
