Is this a Royal ship?

Recommended Posts

Ok think I answered my own question—I didn’t see the yellow on the icon…but now I do.

Any idea what ship?

Definitely one of the first four Oasis Class ships. Cannot make out the name on the bow but it looks longish, so ruling out Oasis of the Seas. Allure of the Seas does not have the Abyss slide so that ship is ruled out. So either Harmony or Symphony.

Agree. The "Hidden/Secret" area off the running track in front of the life boats, as well as the life boat layout (4-2-3 vs 5-1-3) also eliminates Oasis.

I am leaning toward Symphony, but nothing I can pinpoint conclusively

While I was leaning that way, can you explain how you are so positive?

Symphony has a slightly steeper and more straight stern as they added more cabins.

Oasis and Alure also have a different design of the Solarium.

On a ship leaving Nassau heading to Orlando yesterday.

According to Cruise Mapper, Symphony is scheduled to be in Nassau today. So I think that confirms it. Harmony is doing Western Caribbean out of Galveston and was in Honduras yesterday.

You should check out Cruise Mapper's live ship tracker. Might have answered that before posting 😉

But it was a fun exercise!
