stobe1 Posted September 10 #2 Share Posted September 10 Always enjoy your reviews... Looking forward to it. Even though I am more of a dog person myself with basset hounds at home.

n6uqqq Posted September 10 #4 Share Posted September 10 I did this cruise in April, it was a good one! Valdez and Seward still had a lot of snow though.

I have a 10 day next Sept to Alaska. I don't see any more of the 14 day Alaska cruises going forward.

Rare BlerkOne Posted September 11 Author #13 Share Posted September 11 Apparently they are confiscating some fans - our fan is battery operated so they let us have it. I didn't mention it as rechargeable.
Rare BlerkOne Posted September 11 Author #14 Share Posted September 11 We used Seattle Express to get from the hotel (Doubletree Seatac) to the port. The front desk told me the wrong location to meet the bus, but luckily I saw other cruisers hanging out in the back of the hotel. One gripe with the service is the bus dropped us off as far as possible from the terminal. But we made it.

pe4all Posted September 11 #17 Share Posted September 11 (edited) Loved our bucket-list Alaska cruise on CCL! That is one of the few I said I would do again in the future. Looks like you have one of the extended (bowling alley) balconies? We had that also. Looking forward to seeing what excursions you are doing. Diamond lunch today - that may be about it for plans.
