Rare JordanF Posted September 22 #1 Share Posted September 22 (edited) For the last two weeks or so, when I look on the App for excursions for my two booked cruises, I get this instead: "There was an error while processing your request." If I log in on my computer, it works just fine there. I have uninstalled and re-installed the App, and even tried with customer service on the chat, who could only tell me that they were getting the same result. My cruises are scheduled for February 2025 and February 2026. Until a couple of weeks ago, it was working just fine. Is it just me? If not, any info about this out there? Thanks. Solutions have included - updating app, deleting app, different device, different browser, reinstalling app, clearing cookies, using mobile device, using computer, just waiting and what I did call Princess. In my mind, this started around when the new dining options started, so maybe it's a roll-out problem. But who knows. I hope they fix this soon. I've booked everything through the website, but it's not reassuring when there are things you can only do in the app, and things you can only do on the website, and one keeps malfunctioning. I've been having this error message on the app for more than a month when I go into anything including Dining, Packages, Excursions and Spa. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it a number of times. I have rung Princess numerous times and been told on different occasions - that I am the only person having this issue, - just uninstall the app and reinstall it to fix the problem and - two weeks ago that the issue with the app will be fixed in a day or two.
