Need to email eclipse maitre d

My husband has dementia and we really need a 2 person table..he cant handle a 4-6-8 topper. On other cruises i have been able to email maitre d with this special request.  Can anybody assist me please?

If you have anytime dining you will not be seated with others unless you request to share a table.

 
If you have set early or late dining then call your TA or  Celebrity and ask that your need for a 2 top be noted on your reservation.  When you board check in with the Maitre D to confirm your table is a 2 top.
The majority of tables are 2 tops.

This information is not available publicly. There is a general dining email you can send to (I don't have the address) that will forward the request to the ship.

As I suggested on another thread . contact Special Needs..that Dept will assist and accomdate.. and then u can follow up with the maitre d once as soon as you board.
