Princess website is not working

Thay must be doing some changes in the website - search for cruises is not available. I hope they are lowing my cruise price or giving me an upgrade.

It's definitely down, I've been trying for 2 hours. Maybe they're finally loading the rest of the Europe Itineraries :)

ISABELLA ~ sure glad you posted. I've been trying to get in to check cruise prices. I thought it was my computer--I cleaned up my register today and you just never know.

I couldn't get into my Cruise Personalizer. I'm going to assume that they're updating the site with the new 2009 cruises.

I too have been trying since 9am this morning and it is now 2.32pm so it has been down for a few hours.

 

I thought it was something I was doing at first but realized after awhile that is was definitely not me!

the cruise side of it is still down this morning! if you click on it, it just says contact us... if you try to contact them nothng happens...:eek:

Today is final payment day for our cruise. I figured the site was down so the prices could be lowered and ready for first thing tomorrow!;)

I have been trying to put my credit card in to finalize my cruise personalizer and it keeps telling me my credit card number is invalid. I phoned visa to see if there was a problem and they said no problem on their end so it must be Princess website.

Well good luck with that, they're not released yet :) If you want to check Princess's they're all under "NEWS" on the Princess site, which is working.
