Tudor became Concierge on Century after being trained by Lucy, the roaming concierge who has been moving from ship to ship setting up the new program.

 

Tudor was onboard for our back to back cruises in February.

Reflection deck 5 office is totally for CC Host, deck 12 on the "Atrium well" is sales location… above library, card room etc..

 

Two weeks ago they switched back CCH in on ow on deck 12 and Sales is now back on deck 5 mid ships again. A Sales Manager and three Associates.

Miguel is doing both jobs, Hotel Director and GSM. This is apparently temporary and Tom Brady will re-join Solstice as HD in the near future.
