Thanks so much, Floatie. I really did enjoy having everyone here when I'm feeling myself again. My friend that came that has never cruised sent me an email and told me she has never been around so many strangers that she felt so comfortable with. I told her "that's cruisin' folks, sweetie". Ain't it great!!!!

And the WCMC was delish!!! I think it's because the Princess stirred the chocolate mixture!! :D;)

We had a great time. It has been such a tiring day. I had already scheduled my son's 6th birthday party for this afternoon, then we had the Carnival party after that! 10 little boys, hour to tear down/set up/cook, then 20 people! Woohoo!

 

Anyone else make the chocolate melting cake? It was fantastic! We had it (along with other food) and I made Funship Specials. We watched old videos from former cruises, played games and just relaxed!

ok finally home from our Funday party. We kicked off about noon and called it quits around 445-500. We never got around to playing any games or anything, we just sat around and talked. Which to us close friends was all we needed. My food I prepared was well received and gobbled and the drinks flowed strong and free. I'll call it a success. We made the Tomato, mozzerella and arugula thingies and the Shrimp/cucumber canapes that were on the recipe cards!! And everyone was very busy making fun of P1mp Daddy Six.

 

Six......Sounds like y'all had a great time...........As did we..........Floatie....Mama Floatie (Maddie)........John, Theresa, Aundrea (Sorry about the headache), Jeff...........Nutty...Tom....too many to remember........we had a GREAT time.........the food was delicious........the shooters were better...........:rolleyes:............We've never had a better time......So glad to see all y'all in SA.......Blaster you and sweetie are looking good........Stitch, Mach........looks like y'all ripped it.......Pirate......were you stag?????? I never saw Princess on the Cam........I wish we had a cam that would've been cool...........Somebody needs to come to Dallas and teach me how to work a 'puter..........

 

 

...We had a great evening with our brother.....I'm sorry I couldn't get him to come to the party.....he's really not at all like "Tiffany", she infact is quite an embarrasment to him......."he's so corporate.....:cool:" We had an even better breakfast..(At Beverly's...the home of "Chicken in the Rough"...It's a great place in OKC that's been around since 1950's Y'all need to try it if you're ever in OKC....)

Oh.........did I mention that when we stopped in Norman at the Riverwind???? Casino.........I won $500 on a .25 Double Flaming Strike machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had $7.00 in the machine.....

The party is over on the S.S. Jackson. It was a great success and we all had a wonderful time. Lots of Welcome Aboard pictures, Sail Away party line dance competitions, water balloon battles for the kids, and kids and kids at heart flipping out over all of the phone.

 

We served caribbean wings, ginger spiced meatballs, coctails sausage, dirty rice, deviled eggs, bahama mama's (spiked and virgin), margaritas, and buckets of beer.

 

Many of our guests booked their first cruise with us for July, 09 and this was a great preview of the fun filled atomsphere on all carnival ships.

WE had so much fun, I actually have group of women that said if this is how much fuin it is for just a few hours, they all want to book a girls only group cruise. So now, after cleaning up from the party, I will be heading over to Carnival.com to get pricing on trips for us ladies.

I would just like to say, before I do a long party review, that this was the most awesome idea!! Everyone at my party had a blast. We had people that have cruised, and some that have not, but EVERYONE at my party is now planning on getting on the Splendor in April!!! We had so much fun, AND if John Heald is reading this, would like to tell you I have a budding Cruise diriector in my son, LOL Kudo's to Carnval for doing this. Review and more pictures to come as soon as we quit the party:D

We had a great time! End result of the towel animal folding contest was the entire group of people throwing their towels at me! No one ever got past the bottom part. Will try to post pictures tomorrow. I'm totally wiped out and going to bed!
