  1. Without doing anything, I managed to sign in this afternoon. But now I have another problem , how to I remove my loyalty number ?
  2. Me too, but after all the hassle of getting my points this time, I’ve had enough. This is the response that I got to my query, because my points haven’t updated: “Hi Jackie, i can see 883 points when i look at your loyalty. To update the website please log in and remove your loyalty number and save the changes. if you then log back in and re add your number it will update to show your full 883 points.” Well, I’ve tried, but I can’t log on to CelebrityCruises web site.🙈 I get a message to say “Bad request.” What has happened to Celebrity I.T. It’s always had a bad reputation, but this is beyond a joke.
  3. Agree. Although they show in my History, they do not show when I sign in. So, I will wait until after 22nd June and see what happens then. I can see them stopping these PUPs, considering all the problems that have been reported.
  4. Did you take a screen shot at the end? If so send them that.
  5. I’ ve never confirmed Go Green with the State room attendant and have always been awarded the extra points.
  6. Not yet got my points, but they are showing on my points history, they wern’t yesterday.
  7. I often use FB with success, when. Power Up points are not awarded to me.
  8. I contact CelebrityCruises on their FB account, which is free. No way am I ringing a transatlantic number from UK.🇬🇧
  9. Well, June 14 th has come in UK ( now 11.30) and no Power up points for the Galapagos webinar.
  10. Lindblad Expeditions today announced that it has added two purpose-built Galápagos expedition vessels to join the Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic fleet as the company said it has acquired the current 48-guest Celebrity Xpedition and 16-gust Celebrity Exploration. The ships will transition to the Lindblad fleet in early 2025, according to a company statement.
  11. You have encouraged me to look at our September 1 st sailing.😱
  12. We are booked in C743 on Sky. Does any have any photos, or can you tell me where to find them?
  13. Probably a price rise, so that the Sale will show a price drop.😱
  14. Don’t panic, there are no points for this webinar.
