Hope you have a great cruise I did the same on you are doing in 2022. Fyi about your balcony you you can access it anytime but there may be too much wind at times and I believe at night the drapes will need to be kept closed no light coming through to the balcony something to do with the bridge.

There really is no reason to rotate dining rooms on princess they are all the same except decor menus are the same.

Those single cabins are more expensive than a regular inside cabin or even an ocean view plus they are smaller I would not book one of those on the Sun or Star princess I don't see how princess is thinking with those prices it's cheaper to just pay double supplement.

The best place to use your casual dining is Alfredos it's a sit down restaurant with appetizers, pizza, and a couple of pastas it is open for lunch and dinner. There are 2 other choices as well vines wine bar has a meat and cheese board with veggies and dip and truffles for dessert and Ocean Terrace which is sushi those 2places are may not be open for lunch. Just check the back of the events listing for times.

I've sailed several times on princess I just make dinner reservations in the app and select shared when I arrive at the mdr I just say I want to share.

I booked a solo on the sun princess from what I noticed is that they have some insides for solos only 137 square feet they are higher in cost than booking a regular inside do not know why so why anyone would get one of those I do not know. I booked a premium ocean view cabin. I usually book balcony but decided to save on cabin costs and get the plus package and will try to book the sanctuary for a couple of days.

I was on the sky last month and the new lunch menu was being used. The embark lunch menu fortunately have not changed.

The 15 drinks a day refers to alcohol only everything else is unlimited.

You may want to check the boards for specific islands to find more info on what to do. For shore excursions I would suggest booking from princess it is safer guaranteed getting back to ship in time and will refund if the ship can't dock and you miss that port usually weather related. Also check to see if there is a roll call for your sailing.😊

I was on the October 2022 on the discovery princess and also was not a fan of promoting the reality series the real love boat I think some people were confused about the t-shirts for sale in the on board shop and thought they were for the original show. We did have the largest meet and greet I've been to.

Ordering in the app if it says only ship port cancel then try again I've had that happen to me so I just kept trying until it took my order to ship to home.

I was on the sky last month in a obstructed deluxe balcony E105 2 cabins from all the way forward it looks like a similar cabin as mine did not think it was too rough for me but I was in the Caribbean not the Pacific in winter.

I was just on the sky last month downloaded the new app and had the same problem as your dh with the muster video not crediting me as watched the app also went white for a little while as well but after about an hour it came back on and I didn't have any other issues with it. I had to turn on the muster video on my cabin TV as well not going to say I actually watched it got my unpacking done while it was on.😀

The sky is going out of port everglades I was on last month green lane which moved fast I noticed blue lane was backed up. I guess it just depends on how many had their medallions sent to them.

Yes it is because they over booked although I would think it would be better to make move over offers to those that live near the port.

I can sympathize with you over the carnival 3 day cruises took the carnival liberty out of port Canaveral a few years ago it was the last time on carnival for me. If anyone is interested it is still sailing 3 and 4 days out of port Canaveral.😂

On the sky there was a keg beer at the bar in front of princess live can't remember the name it was not a domestic and not Heineken , but I have also seen Heineken draft elsewhere on board just don't remember where since I prefer ultra or stella. Which is only in cans.

After receiving it I put it in my purse that I'm using for my cruise along with my passport.😊

Yes you can order them from the app if you have plus or Premier no extra charge for delivery if you're on standard to use the app for delivery there is a one time charge of 14.95 plus the specialty coffee charge. I don't have a menu but there is lattes, espresso, capicino, Americano and flavors to add to your coffee you can also add liquor such as Bailey and kaluha.

I would cancel and take an uber from hotel to take the princess bus you would have to go back to the airport with your luggage and wait for it to leave or call an uber from your hotel and go directly to the port which is probably cheaper. And you'll be on the ship that much sooner.

Just a heads up on ocean terrace I was on the sky 2 weeks ago and noticed a line waiting for a table during times sushi was available and there are not too many tables in that area. I did not eat there but if I were I would check the patter for times and get there early.
