I wondered if anyone who has sailed from the above port can confirm if there is a place where you can claim tax back on purchases made. I know there is at the airport as I’ve done it in the past but not sure about port. Leaving from there tomorrow

Are there any other eateries included apart from MDR? Is it anytime dining?

We spent 21 nights on the Constellation in April and then 19 nights on the Beyond in June. Whilst there is no denying the Beyond is beautiful we enjoyed our time on the Constellation more. The service on the Constellation and overall friendliness of the crew was better. We also enjoyed the Refl cations and Rendevouz lounges on the M class ships. Many of the crew on the Beyond said they didn’t like the ship in particular the Martini Bar staff.

When I checked this morning it was there stating 31 days to sail date. When I checked 20 minutes ago it’s saying “no upcoming cruises”. When I tried to readd it it states “ this cruise was previously linked to this account”. Anyone else having this problem? I’ve checked in and got my edocs but it’s a bit unsettling it’s not there.

That happened to me when I bid for a suite on the Celebrity Beyond. I was unable to cancel or modify my bid. Shortly after I was advised my bid had been accepted so I would assume yours has been too.

We had 1141 I April and never noticed a smell of smoke.

We just got our email to bid for an upgrade but thought the minimum bid prices were ludicrous. We bid for an upgrade on the Celebrity Beyond in June which was accepted but at least we were getting the Retreat area and Luminae the suite restaurant all we’d be gaining on Azamara is a bit more space.

Don’t understand why Azamara require pre boarding testing in Dubai. It can’t be an UAE requirement as Costa who sail from Dubai don’t require it!

We have to test before we board our cruise in Dubai. On previous cruises with Celebrity we have bought Antigen tests from Qured and used these in our hotel room. These involve an online supervised test with the result emailed to you. Will this type of test be acceptable to Azamara?

We are going our first Azamara cruise in November. It was originally booked for 2020! We are in a Club Continent suite as at the time of booking the price wasn’t much more than standard balcony. We usually cruise with Celebrity and were on their newest ship the Beyond for 3 weeks in June and the Constellation in April but are interested to see if we like Azamara.

As the UK is currently excluded from the evisa scheme for travel. to India does anyone know if a transit visa is acceptable? We have two stops in India ion our forthcoming cruise. We’ve made 3 attempts to contact Azamara to no avail!

No vaccinations required from 5th September either according to their Twitter page when sailing from US and Europe.

Or get someone else to do it for them!

Sailing on the Azamara Quest in November. This will be our first time on Azamara. We usually cruise with Celebrity. Couple of questions Do your suitcases fit under the bed as I’ve read the cabins are tiny Is there a sunbathing area for suite guests like The Retreat on Celebrity. Thank you

On the same theme can you confirm there are both US and European sockets in the cabins? My hairdryer used 240v and won’t work on US voltage. ( Azamara newbie)

Depends where you are leaving from. Still required for my cruise leaving from Dubai.

I had sunset veranda on deck 7 on the Beyond and had no issues with noise from Eden.

We’ve just come off a b2b on the Beyond and were tested in between cruises. It took 5 hours to get the email confirming we were negative but after 2 hours we returned to the testing area to ask for our result as we were getting stressed! Very poorly organised on this ship.

We are on a b2b on the Beyond and will be tested on Wednesday. We were told they dropped the b2b testing briefly but it has now been reinstated fleet wide. Makes sense I guess as new cruise and others are being tested to board. We have just had to be a bit more cautious in the run up to the test no big deal.

I agree as I’ve seen people from US on Facebook posts asking for anti histamines and something for a headache but find it strange they were not aware of the symptoms after all this time!!

We used Qured in March for Caribbean cruise and are using them again on Saturday in Rome. Very easy process and if you are flying BA there is a discount code on their website. .

I remember reading a post on Facebook about a lady who when completing her husbands health check form online or just inadvertently answered yes to the question about pregnancy and it came up denied boarding. When she eventually got through to a celebrity they said they couldn’t do anything about it over the phone but she should turn up early at the port and they would sort it out there!
