I have prepaid crew incentive, wifi ( elite discount was applied) ordered water, will get elite mini bar set up—- only had plus package once and did not drink much, so these desserts, fitness, seating in theatre mean nothing to me.

Yes, Princess never should have accepted the booking.
If they were former crew, as mentioned they should have known the baby was too young for a TA cruise.
Researching requirements etc for travelling with infants should have been a priority.
App, & personalizer had to be completed before cruise, so yes Princess failed to do their part.
since this was a former crew member- he took his chances & got caught. A lesson learned.
It is wait and see—- if you have a package - order from room service- whoever is in your room can eat & drink whatever is delivered.

Too late now- you cruise tomorrow—- you can cancel and rebook dining on the app up until a few days before cruise. Same for excursions and packages on the personalizer. Refund goes back to your credit card.
your option now is to go to guest services on the ship, be polite, good luck, enjoy your cruise
I was in an aft facing corner PH suite in May on Discovery. Great cabin! Mini fridge stocked plus as elite I had second refill. There is a lounge for suite guests with drinks snacks free. Canapés each afternoon delivered- we didn’t care for them. Good selection on app for room service. First night specialty restaurant, priority tender, embark/ disembark- didn’t need it as I am elite. A few upgraded bathroom amenities. The size of the cabin and large wrap around balcony was best part for us. Breakfast in Sabatinis and dining in club class area.
And this is why many of us are open to doing a comparison with other cruise lines. Loyalty benefits no longer mean much with Princess.
I saw an article recently announcing NCL is increasing their crew incentive by 20%.
Go to your Personalizer. Select on-board services. You can choose beverage package, water, etc pre cruise & pay now- refundable up until a few days prior to cruise. Same place you book excursions online. For wifi you do that in the app.
you can pay crew grats by going to payments on personalizer, as well.
