  1. And during your cruise you ask for a printout of what you have left unused.
  2. But you have to tell them you are using the benefit or you may get charged full price.
  3. We can pull definitions from different sources on the internet that suit our opinions. Yours isn't the only one. Tell us why the definition on Merriam- Webster - which is different that what you claim it means - is not correct. Then do the same with the definition from the Cambridge dictionary.
  4. How early can you drop bags off outside the ship? We are arriving by train at 8am, I have been told that there's a place at the Amtrak station that holds bags, but we'd like to rid ourselves of them and spend a couple of hours in the city.
  5. So don't expect to be invited over without your vaccine card and proctored negative COVID test any time soon.
  6. Yes, and the ventilation on planes is superior to that on areas on cruise ships like dining rooms.
  7. Do people really want others to board who would test positive?
  8. Labadee and Coco Cay are cash cows for Royal. Completely captive audience.
  9. Other than the short stop in Bermuda, the duration of the stops looks pretty normal. Less than a day in Bermuda is better than nothing but I wouldn't be especially looking forward to it... One of "go to the beach or Hamilton or St. George's" unless you want to take cabs. I'd probably go to the beach and then drink at Frog & Onion till boarding time.
  10. The pay ones are also longer duration and I think it goes out over the side of the ship instead of just up high.
  11. Most people don't need medical once they actually read their own policies. The US government specified in Medigap plans a lifetime max of $50,000. This sounds like the people who tell others if they're worried about getting the virus, they should stay home. If you want to overinsure, go ahead.
  12. We bring (very) full glasses to the dining room, no big deal.
  13. Tell us why it's "horrible". Please be specific.
  14. NCL is often hit or miss on the charge. They might point you toward a table to pay but some just walk on by. Mostly a don't ask don't tell policy when I've brought it on.
  15. We needed a getaway and found a Boston cruise to Canada, seven nights (only two sea days), dirt cheap inside room, no single supplement, booked two cabins, bringing four bottles of wine, and if we change our mind one of us can buy a drink package and not the other.
  16. On our last cruise (Emerald) we did have some useful drink discount vouchers and a BOGO photo deal. But nothing compared to Diamond.
  17. We just booked ours with NextCruise last week. It's stressful, the rep repeatedly told us that the website prices were often incorrect. Sounded like a lot of baloney. But with the rep on the line, they had us go right up to the point on the site where you had to enter payment info (not including the NextCruise)... the price on the actual invoice was higher than what was being shown earlier. "Why can't I have that price?" "It's a known problem with the website, we can't honor it." It wasn't a huge difference but we got take it or leave it.
  18. You can't, you have to call in with the reservation number associated with the NextCruise.
