Sorry, but I have another question or two. I just want to make sure I have this straight. Is it pretty easy to switch between devices? When I charge my phone, I will want to switch over to my iPad. I am used to this process on Celebrity. Same hold true for the other person in my suite? So, basic is included for two devices per person. If one of us has a third device which we want to connect to the basic, what charge are we facing for that third device?

We did not do this. So, now I presume our OBC can go toward the grats.

We are right there with you, although not until December. It looks like these two will be painting a beautiful portrait of what we have to look forward to in YC. Our week in YC will be immediately followed by 5 nights in The Retreat (just for comparison's sake.)😉

My comment is only tangentially related to this topic, but I like to plan ahead. We fly to Europe on miles, so planning far in advance is a prerequisite for us. I am making a list of options for our 2025 travel plans. My searches provide plenty of choices across various cruise lines except Celebrity. I guess Celebrity is not too concerned about losing out on all of this business in 2025 while they get their act together releasing their schedules. I get it that they want all of this charter biz, but come on.

Maybe the ship has been chartered?

We were absolutely enamored with our first visit to Venice last year. Then we spent two nights post-cruise in Bologna which was another incredible city. Italy has so much to experience. We have only scratched the surface. Tornero Italia!

There appears to still be a boat load of unsold staterooms on our upcoming sailing. An awful lot of berths competing for the all-mighty cruising dollar in the Caribbean this winter.

I forget what I read, but I reckon this internet upgrade can be done right in the Yacht Club at the Concierge Desk? We do like switching between phone and iPad while on board. We have on-board-credit to burn that we could use for this if required. Since we could not apply the OBC on our prebooked online excursion.

I meant to go back and edit my post to say the aft views are my absolute favorite from on board any ship. I would not turn my nose up at an S-class SV entirely. I would just wear a hat and coordinate my time on my verandah early in the morning and just before dusk into the evening.

Curious how internet cooperates for you on board. Or if you need to upgrade to their better plan. I might try a live thread then also.

Hi Jim, I just finished following a passenger on board the new Silver Nova on her live thread via a private group on FB titled SILVERSEA CRUISES - Le crociere di lusso which you can request to join. She will accept and you can then read through all of her posts while she was on board. I am sold. And I am very apprehensive about trying a smaller ship. She said the ship felt extremely spacious.
