  1. The chic nights are the dressiest nights, but I find that they really are not as glamorous as they sound. A few people go all out with their outfits, but you will definitely blend in just fine. People wear a wide range of wardrobe choices every night whether in the Med or Caribbean. I always pack a zip-up cardigan sweater in case parts of the ship are chilly. This has been a common occurrence for me on M-class and S-class ships in both locales. In the Med with fewer sea days and long days off the ship touring in port, we use the ship more as a floating hotel versus a resort. Our and passengers’ attire choices reflect this. Definitely not necessary to pack sport coat or tie. My husband makes a habit of laundering quick-dry articles in the bathroom sink. Enjoy your 2.5 weeks!
  2. Agree 100%. Both of our European cruises were made up of passengers mostly from the US, Canada, and the UK. Most dressed the same as we saw in the Caribbean. Dressy casual was generally what we witnessed. My husband packed his blazer and wore to dinner twice on our most recent Greek Isles cruise. I have left mine at home for several years now.
  3. I have a brand-new Mac that froze up. Usually, I run the webinars on my ancient iPad without issue. I managed to get through to the end of it on the iPad and snap a screen shot.
  4. My webinar is froze up part way thru on my Mac this morning. 😩 I guess I will try again first thing tomorrow morning on another device. 😩 Sorry, but this is way less entertaining than Survivor. 😩
  5. Reading the above boredom reports about the webinar really takes the wind out of my sails. I was really looking forward to watching it later tonight after Survivor.
  6. Mine says 30 PUPs. I must not be special. I got mine at 4:33pm eastern time today. When will we get the points?🤩
  7. Marseille -- We booked a private tour with two other couples to Le Luberon Regional Natural Park and discovered the beautiful, hilltop villages of Gordes, Roussillon, Lacoste, and Bonnieux. It was a truly unforgettable day.
  8. Jim, You have discussed this in a previous trip report, but I didn't note what you said. When you create a post with a bunch of photos, they are always nicely spaced out sometimes with text in between and sometimes no text but a small amount of white space before the next photo. Some of the other live threads I have been reading currently show the photos actually touching each other in one long, solid, run-together column. I find your method much more readable and pleasing to the eye. Could you recommend the steps necessary to make your series of multiple pics look so nice in a post? All of these great live threads have given me some additional courage to have a future go at one. I would be using my iPhone. I access the Cruise Critic website via the Safari browser on my iPhone. Any additional tips you might have for posting multiple pics on Cruise Critic from an iPhone are appreciated. Enjoy the rest of your vacation. Thanks, Paul
  9. Jennifer can assist you with this by emailing help@cruisecritic.com with your request.
  10. Can I get a gingertini in some venue other than Sushi on 5?
  11. Menu in this thread from days gone by…. “Taj X” Indian pop up dinner — exceptional! I can’t figure out how to share the link to the thread. Need more coffee.
  12. If the library is likely to be turned into a revenue-generating venue, then I hereby cast my vote for either Paint with Wine (Is that still a thing?) or another jewelry or pre-loved luxury handbag shop.😂 On a more somber note, our local Simon property recently lost a couple of key tenants, our local Barnes & Noble and one of our town’s two multi-screen movie theaters. The high rent at this mall has been the source of revolving storefronts since it was built 20-ish years ago.
  13. I use a TA. Most times I find the "Celebrations" notation on my booking confirmation. I have never inquired as to whether or not she was behind this. Curious to see what answers the experts provide here.
  14. If you do this, then the situation shouldn't be too bad. We beat the rush.
  15. @JoyefulcrusierWe did this. We had four couples on four carts organized via the roll call. Debbie from Bonaire Cruisers greeted us at the tent and escorted us to the office. On the south loop we made many photo stops along the way and stopped at a beach bar for drinks. By the time we reached the 1000 steps on the north loop most of us were hot, hungry, and tired. Had we not been so tired, it might have been nice to cruise along the waterfront in town before heading back to the Bonaire Cruisers office. It was a great day regardless. Enjoy your time on Bonaire. And bring plenty of water from the ship.
  16. Well, this begs the question, how do they use their litter boxes?
  17. I don’t believe this Solarium children’s time is anything new.
  18. Maybe the designer meant for this to be a fainting couch where you put your feet up on the cushion and sprawl out like a celebrity would.😂She really had no clue.
  19. Are you okay? Hoping you get an email notification from the quote. Please let us know what's up when you can. Thanks.
  20. Any word back from her yet? Anyone know if she or DH is on FB? Could send a message. Her pics made it appear as if she was posting from two devices. Perhaps her phone and her laptop or a second phone? Some pics looked like iPhone. Others looked like android. Sorry for all the questions of concern.
