I would have thought WAVES at dinner would be casual attire like the Terrace? Were the beards fake or were they sporting them throughout the cruise ? Not sure why it matters if men have beards or not 🤔

As with many things with UK agents they take a lot longer to inform their clients write to Oceania check you Oceania account & see if an FCC is in the online account Just look at the cruises that were cancelled during covid how many UK booked cruiser had to wait sometimes a year to get refunds from the agencies they booked through Not always the cruise lines that are at fault JMO

you do not need to accept either offer if you are not interested They will make offers to others until they get a cabin they need

If the cruise line canceled the excursions you should have gotten a refund unless it was an O Life deal of course

I truly cannot see cruise lines not using travel agencies to sell their cruises They would need to hire more staff to handle the bookings JMO

good to know I used the spa credit & the gratuity was in the total price DH did not use all of his so she let me use the balance with a pedicure I was having

The trouble is no one ever thinks a "real emergency situation" will happen to them We were on HAL standing out smushed together under the lifeboat while 6 people behind us were drinking & chatting so load we could not hear the instructions

I do not think you could ever upgrade from O life deal to the Prestige package before you board the ship You can purchase either package outright before boarding
