  2. Hello. I cannot sign in to the forum on my desktop computer at work where I have previously been able to sign in. I have tried changing my password, clearing cookies, trying two different browsers, incognito mode, you name it. The sign-in process accepts my password, but then brings me to a page titled, "Sorry, you do not have permission for that!" and text that says, "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: 2S119/1" Any suggestions? I'm posting this from my phone which is obviously logged in, but I'm afraid if I log out here I'm not going to be able to sign back in.
  3. For ships that have it, it's a fantastic embarkation day option. You can get away from the crazy crowds at the lido buffet and have a decent meal with table service and space at your table for your luggage while you wait for your room.
  4. Have you or your TA tried contacting Carnival's Special Needs department rather than just their regular customer service folks? If you were originally booked in an ambulatory accessible room and they didn't put you in one after the ship swap, they should really be doing what they can to accommodate you. May I suggest calling the number below and seeing if they can help you? "If you require additional information or need assistance to ensure you have the best accommodations for your needs, please call our Guest Access team at 1-800-438-6744, ext. 70025"

  6. There's an errant comma that appears to folks visiting the forum near the upper-left corner. It's visible on the desktop and mobile sites, although it sticks out more on the mobile site. It's at the very end of line 536 when I view the page source of the main index. See the attached image. Thanks.
  7. I don't think anyone really plans to trip and fall and break their leg on vacation, but if it happened to you while you were out of the country, would you prefer to have the insurance, or prefer to have saved like $100 by cancelling it before your cruise?
  8. You probably inadvertently have two VIFP numbers assigned to you. The e-mail address you found should hopefully be able to help get it sorted out.
  9. It shouldn't. I just upgraded a "free" casino offer to a better balcony cabin with an upsell offer online and it still shows my OBC. I have no reason to believe the funplay should be affected -- it's not a different offer, just an upsell to a better cabin.
  10. There have been multiple reports here that folks have been able to call their breakfast order in on the night before for delivery at a certain time the next morning. On which ship and what date were you unable to do that?
  11. If you do a B2B you are permitted to bring your wine allotment for both cruises on at the beginning -- you are not required to make a wine run on the turnaround day. Correct, and that's the reason people are suggesting that.
  12. Coincidentally I just got an upgrade offer I couldn't refuse and I'm now in 6232 in December! The balcony looks incredible.

  14. @natefish95 I know you reported it to your indifferent steward and Guest Services, but did you by chance fill out the post-cruise survey and mention it? As a near-future Spirit cruiser-to-be, I'm hoping that they take action on this before the problem becomes more widespread.

  16. If testing is deemed necessary by the ship's doctor, they'll have all of the B2B folks meet up and will provide complimentary testing. I haven't heard any reports recently of it happening, though. I think chances are good you won't have to worry about it unless COVID really flares up again.
  17. True. I think the reality is that most every ship probably has bugs on it. I've been fortunate to not have unwanted guests in my room so far.
  18. Thank you for your review. We sail on Spirit this December and I appreciate the information you shared. As far as the Ugly part: O.M.G. I think I would have required a helicopter evacuation off the ship after the first incident, and I'm pretty sure I would have insisted that they light the room on fire after the second time. Ugh! I'm good about letting minor stuff slide, but that's horrible. You're a lot braver than I am -- I wouldn't have been able to sleep in that room after the first time.
  19. As of April of this year, Carnival brand ambassador John Heald said that those three venues would remain complimentarily "for the foreseeable future." I haven't heard anything about plans to start charging for them on Mardi Gras, but of course everything is subject to change. Changes that I see: - Turkey and falafel wraps are a wrap. - Pastrami & tomato gone. - Truffle fries, egg salad, and potato salad gone. - Cookies gone - Grilled cheese removed (although I suspect you could request a grilled ham & cheese with no ham?) - Steak and cheese sandwich added - Veggie burger added - Chicken salad added - Coleslaw added
