We have never stopped at the check in table, ever... and we frequently carry wine with us when boarding. No one has even blinked an eye when we walked by. I suspect with all the passengers buying into the packages there's less and less need for checking.

Well then, you can expect them to refuse those people to be seated but I think that you'll have a long wait these days for anything to even be said. I believe the new Sun Princess might be more to your liking as they'll have a special DR just for those who demand all passengers to be dressed according to a strict dress code.

What did you expect her to do, turn him away? It's one of the main reasons Princess has decided to let everything slide. They decided to remain neutral as far as enforcement goes and let the people decide for themselves what is suitable. I haven't seen that many really bad examples of people lately. except for some scruffy shorts, and that was only for a few brief minutes at the entrance.

Just tell them that you prefer to eat along & they won't sit anyone else at the table with you.

Most likely not since most people carry two bottles. If they say anything just tell them you husband will be boarding right behind you.

The patters for future trips aren't available until you board the ship. Maybe you can go to some past Enchanted cruises in the New England area from last season & get something similar. This will give you a rough idea of what to expect.

Be sure to bring water shoes. There are loads of rocks in the water. At time the bugs can be a problem so insect repellent might not be a bad idea.

Not quite, since you've paid for those drinks upfront and if you don't drink them, you're not getting your true value from the package price.

I will say that the casino's on the Royal class ships seem to not have as good circulation as the older ships..... not that we spend much time there. Once I lose my $20, I'm gone. 😁
