I try to not do anything on the weekends as that’s when they really do updates or programming.

It’s been widely posted last night and today…crazy issues with the App. Give it a day or two, see if they correct it. IT is trying to reprogram and it’s causing a lot of errors, color changes on the App,

Do not try to link your booking or reregister, this will complicate things.

Just go onto the website and see if your account and booking are correct. That’s the most important thing. Then leave it alone for a while.
Don’t touch it, if you had filled out every thing ahead of time. Many changes have been happening on that App since these last changes.
You should just return to blue, eventually.
I’d just recheck it in a few days and maybe the IT department will be finished with their reprogramming attempts. JMO

Unfortunately, you are so right. They have gone crazy with increases and changes on all the lines. Just read some of the other cruise lines CC comments.
We are just focusing on the itinerary and value. We have status on several lines, so it’s good to have a choice.
Prior to sailing, you’d want to make sure the App shows the correct loyalty level for you, if using it on the ship to buy medallionNet. We know that’s an issue sometimes too.
You have to be proactive, IMO.

If they are truly simplifying the process of boarding, then it would make sense to get rid of the paid shipping and as a bonus to those buying the packages, offer free shipping.
They are not transparent, so it leaves me guessing their next move. JMO

I’d be afraid to call in, as they may mess it up. I’d probably call my TA/CVP and ask them to mark it no ug. That is, if you used a TA/CVP.
