Yes…bugs! If your TA/CVP doesn’t see the OBC that they promoted… have them recheck in a few mins. As it disappears every so often on the So American itineraries.

Alaska 2025 is being released Aug 2nd Elites and all others on Aug 3rd, I believe. It’s listed back at the beginning of this thread. So, they are loading the cruises now and opening the sale as stated.

Yes, found that out. They’ve blocked the cabins in most categories for the full 51 nt voyage. That stinks. If you book b2b’s it’s a lot higher. Very disappointing. They didn’t have to block so many, guess it’s all about the money. 😞

There should be programmatic software that catches dupes. Or, goes into a queue for an agent to followup. It should work within a 48-72 hour period. Many airlines are an automatic cancel of both bookings. A few weeks would really be an issue. With the new IT PCL software, IDK.

Those extras make it special, so I understand. I had not heard this on other ships, so hope this is not the norm. Did you bring it to the attention of your concierge? If so, did they update any of those items? Just wondering.

Start with recovering your username and password. Afterwards… Log into another device, then see if you can recover or click on the “view digital card”. You still need to see those card numbers and pin to use them. If you still cannot access them, you need to work with a Supervisor at Barclay’s to investigate. Tell them it’s urgent, as you need to use them on Friday.
