  1. You can click on your Profile (picture) lower right, then move down you’ll see the sign out. Don’t know why it’s angle is off. I use an iphone, no problem.
  2. It was the Sapphire, just recently in the forward Buffet, not the aft. Yeah! I hope the MDR also.
  3. Great review of the CT. I’ll add, the wine throughout dinner was free flowing and a great experience for guests to try the dinner. At least once!
  4. They were only offering WMD on Royal class ships with the wine cellar area in the MDR. OP is going on Caribbean and Emerald Princess ships. IDK if those will have a WMD. They do have the CT though.
  5. That’s my question. I did not hear them say anything about an Elite check in. We always go early and they send us through the Elite or priority check in lane, then on to the Elite/Platinum/Suites lounge until boarding time. The now state, Aug 1st, there will be… Blue, Green and Accessible lanes, to simplify the process. Will there still be an Elite/priority lane still? Surely, we won’t have to go to the Blue, if we didn’t have our OM mailed. IDK. We shall see. We will find out after the sailings very soon.
  6. What no coffee card anymore? 😂😂😂 I couldn’t resist. They still don’t address the Elite check in area. No mention of it.
  7. As we thought! Thanks for clarifying, as it may help others.
  8. You’ll see crew walking around and the piazza area selling the package and doing upgrades on the first day.
  9. I agree. Let us know what you find out. I hope you have a TA or CVP, as I don’t think the CS will have a clue.
  10. That’s a good one. I thought they were on the Sun Deck forward section? Is it possibly a bid for a Penthouse Suite? Not shown on the current deck plans as being an Aft facing. Or, is it an error on the UG bidding software? They just did a dry dock in April, so deck plans should be correct. But, who knows? If you have a TA/CVP I would have them investigate.
  11. You would access them through the website, cruise personalizer. I’m not having an problems seeing them or booking. They may be working on your excursions, many updates going on. Make sure to clear your history and cache. Sign out and back in sometimes to refresh the website.
  12. Are there still turtles in that area around the rock? Snorkeled there with huge turtles following below us. The current was really strong around the rock. We stayed at that Sheraton.
  13. Agreed. Countless questions and threads on the arrivals groups AND countless times repeating how to accomplish this on the App. Will save a lot of typing, hopefully.
  14. Some had reported that they were getting more strict with adhering to your arrival group time. Shouldn’t be a problem after Aug. 1st.
  15. It should be on the travel summary on your cruise personalizer. After August 1st, the arrivals groups are supposed to be gone. Right now it shows your ship boarding time. It also tells you to be there 90 mins before sailing time to complete your checkin if you’ve not done so. After August 1st, IDK if the language will be any different.
  16. Looks like UA schedule change is effective Oct 29th, reduced flight schedules. That might have affected you. At least you can still check up to your deadline for EZAir ticketing, 45 days before. May not be another schedule change now. Still a possibility though.
  17. No, the bar is not open unless there is a special event going on. The seating area is open. Some guests go there for quiet time during the day. You could order drinks on your App to be delivered to you or just grab a drink on your way there. The Elite/Platinum bar usually is held there from 5-7pm.
  18. Some TA’s do not book EZAir. Mine doesn’t. They don’t get commission on the air. However, some will help their clients who have issues with the air.
  19. What date are you Talking about? Far out, maybe a schedule change will work to your advantage.
  20. If you’re the one who just missed the ship and they listed you as a noshow, then they should refund the port taxes and fees. Their website says refunds take 4-6 weeks. If you have a TA, then I would have them check on it for you. If not, their is a link on the website for requesting a refund under Contact us. Move down and you’ll see an option. Keep this in mind, in case you don’t hear anything. But, it does take a while. So sorry you missed the cruise. Do come back on this thread and let us know how it played out.
  21. Maybe you were on the Sky? Sun sails in 2024.
  22. This seems to be the OB refund request for after your cruise. This is what they gave you to request a refund for your EZ Air fare difference? Maybe it will get to the refund department anyway. Let us know if it works.
  23. We only order tea, scones with cream & jam for our Elite tea in the room.
  24. The crowds are definitely back for the summer. You just need to pack patience if you’re traveling in peak season. If you’re going to Athens, most of the tour Operators go in the morning and it’s a zoo. I would suggest go in the afternoon on a tour Or just grab a taxi in the afternoon. There were so many people in the morning that we had 2 people pass out from the heat and crowds and had an ambulance come take them away. Rome is always crazy busy no matter what time you go. Barcelona isn’t that bad. We always do BarcelonaDayTours for a small group tour or on our own.
  25. Not really. It’s not a booking. That just Gives them an idea of attendance and you….a way to mark activities that your interested in. You can go to any of these, a lot of people don’t show for every thing they mark. It usually is in the midship MDR on sea days. You’ll see it on the Journey View activity list and on the Patter.
