  1. Is this the menu you wanted? https://m.zmenu.com/vue-on-the-water-fort-lauderdale-online-menu/
  2. Yes, they asked when you drop off your baggage and walk up towards the door, if you’re Elite/Suite priority, they direct you to the right side. That line takes you inside the terminal. From there you have a green lane/ocean ready or pickup OM lane. Took maybe 5 mins and on to the Elite lounge. OP states it was all one long line just to get inside. No Priority line to get in the terminal. Now, we will need to see if this is standard now, or was it due to the CB delay and disembarking guests?
  3. And if you’re leaving from the UK, not sure what they are doing, or if it has changed. But, just go when it’s best for you.
  4. You have to click on “view digital card” That will give you the card no and the pin for each card. That’s what your TA needs. So, it sounds like now…you can’t find that page. That was 5/2022 on the sheet of paper. A representative at Princess credit card rewards, should be able to locate these.
  5. So much for the streamlined process. No priority line to get into the terminal? That was my biggest fear, not seeing a priority line until after you get inside and having a green or blue lane.
  6. Except, they already started in FLL as was stated in a live report. Doesn’t sound like it streamlined it. Too bad.
  7. No more boarding times to pick on the App effective Aug 1, 2023 per Princess. Go anytime during the boarding process, mentioned on your travel summary, that works for you.
  8. That one line is what I was afraid of. We always had an Elite/Suite priority line going into the terminal. This must be their new “streamlined “ approach. It’s a shame, because PE has always been one of the best.
  9. Not unless you are boarding out of Australia/NZ, some requirements still out of there, or there was recently. It appeared 24 hours before back in November for an enhanced cruise. Haven’t seen it since from the US or Europe ports. Yeah!
  10. This should not be posted in the general forum. Please post in your roll call.
  11. Great job! So, they do have records for the past. compozer Posted March 26 #15 I did not find anything under the spa visits and onboard credits BUT I did find it under view rewards activities. It listed the last four months - nothing about my $1000 but then I clicked on Rewards redemption history. Then details. It asked: "confirm your identity" and I received an email with a code. I entered the code number and there they were!!!! They are 10 digital cards for $100 each. Now I just need to figure out how to get them to my TA to put towards my cruise fare- I don't want obc. Thanks again everyone.
  12. I thought you pulled up the confirmation this June? Are these purchases from 14 months ago? Do they have an expiration shown in the terms and conditions?
  13. So, you purchased these using your Princess rewards credit card? There should be rules on redemption and instructions. The return email you found that was proof you purchased is very important. That probably shows the order number or processing number of each card. They normally are only digital egift cards if purchased outside the US. Go back to your confirmation page. There may be a button to click that says: Get my reward or Get my egift card Click on that and each card should have a individual card number and a PIN. My egift cards are 16 digits and 4 digit PIN. But these are purchased in the US. TA will need each card no and it’s PIN to apply them to your cruise. The source of the purchase, Princess Visa Rewards should be able to help you find the purchase and resend the egift card purchase to you. Princess gift card department isn’t able to help much, but they should have a department that can investigate. When you find the purchase and each card with a PIN, print out each one for your records and hold onto until after used up on a cruise, in case you cancel and you need a record. Also, go to the rewards page on your credit card, where you would purchase gift cards…you should see the rules there and maybe a phone number for inquiries. Let us know the outcome. Good luck.
  14. Are you serious? That’s terrible. It specifically states it’s for post cruise questions, like folio charges. Unreal. I would send a message through the website for post cruise questions. Move down to Support Request: https://book.princess.com/captaincircle/customerCare.page Or customerrelations@princesscruises.com
  15. Well, we didn’t get to use it, because we already had cruises planned. Maybe some other day! 😉
  16. Is this a post cruise problem? if so, they have a dedicated line to handle this, supposedly. https://www.princess.com/news/news_releases/2023/02/princess-cruises-launches-welcome-home-program.html
  17. You are correct. They told us they only schedule a few a week, and it depends on the ship and the length of the cruise. I would book it and maybe? they would be able to do 2 cabins? But, they would have to check with RS once OB. Not sure if they would double up 2 couples on a balcony, if you have one of the larger balconies or a suite, it should work. Seems that might take away from the ambiance of the evening, a little. JMO.
  18. Never heard that either. We don’t.
  19. Actually, it is true. I spent $20 on the slots and my DH spent $30. I got an offer on a deeply discounted room. This was last year. So, it does happen. OBC $99. My CVP said she had never seen an offer like that. You never know.
  20. Would be great! On the website.. cruise personalizer onboard services Food and beverages experiences
  21. You’ll find plenty of crew around the buffet willing to carry your food to your table. Just ask, if they don’t offer first.
