  1. You could send to the President of Princess: John Padgett JPadgett@Princesscruises.com Last I heard, he was still there.😳
  2. I just looked back on mine and it was $100 pending dropped off in a few days. It depends on your CC company. Just watch it.
  3. Last I had: customerrelations@princesscruises.com Collin Steinke Director, Customer Relations csteinke@princesscruises.com Mario Siebaldi Senior Vice President Guest Experience msiebaldi@princesscruises.com
  4. That $100 should drop off soon. The final folio does not come to your room. Always check it, screen shot it or go to GS get a copy or use the kiosk by GS to print a copy. You usually get an email right after the cruise from PCL. Not always, but usually. It comes from Noreply@Princess.com.
  5. What we did, is we all went to GS when we boarded and had them put my credit card on the others accounts. That way it all went on my card. My TA also linked or cross referenced our bookings. I also had DMW reservations and added my companions to the dinner reservations so we could be seated together. You just need their booking numbers. You will have a booking number for each cabin. I did not try going into each booking, as you would have to have log in credentials for each booking and then add your payment into the payment area, I’m not sure that would work, since they are not on your booking. I found it easier just to go through GS once OB. They will need to checkin on the App and give a payment in order to complete the checkin process. But, like I said, you can change that once OB. Did you ask your TA?
  6. Wow! So glad they fixed it. Thanks for the update.
  7. Cartagena sail away may be nice. You’ll want to book it when you board with RS and you can change it around if you need to. I would check the weather just before and make sure it’s not raining. Or, if you are leaving another port around 530-600p, then schedule it then. We did our last one at sailaway out of Moorea. It was beautiful and great weather. We too had a port side balcony Caribe.
  8. Always been this way, as far as I can remember. Except, if your room service delivery is from the bar, then they add 18% gratuity to the bill. Unless, you have the beverage package, then the 18% is already Included. Basically, this is for room service for meals or snacks we order.
  9. Oh, I’m sure they didn’t have an option then.
  10. Yes, months ago, when you checked in on the App, the contract popped up and you checked it, that helps to get you into the green. Don’t think about it at all. It may show up again, after the 24 hour period before sailing. But, no worries really! I’d go through the green lane, if you have one.
  11. That’s great. I’ve always been told that it means so much to them, because it can mean a promotion for them. Unless of course, they are leaving the ship or retiring. Then, not as important.
  12. It’s been a while since we had a guarantee, but it was 2 weeks before. I would check with your TA/CVP and see if there are any cabins they could assign for you. Since they have bidding now, that might change the whole process of guarantee cabins. This thread could become very long as we get feedback from guarantee cabins.
  13. Do not feel as though you have to tip extra. I don’t see a lot of extra tipping. That is the whole reason for the daily gratuities added to your bill. We always tip room service a couple of dollars each time, because they are not part of the tipping pool. There are so many threads on this subject, that you’re going to get a lot of opinions, but it’s really a very personal decision. No worries, enjoy your cruise.
  14. Club Class dining area. They changed the name to Reserve Class now.
  15. Yes, in LA they asked us if we were in the green lane and then told use to use the Blue lane, as it was faster! NOT Next time we said, No were going through the Green lane, as it was as right next to the Elite area to go to the lounge. New employees, I heard. Port Everglades they did ask if we were in the green lane and if we had a QR code. And Yes, there was a lane they sent us through for green. Took 2 mins.
  16. True, except for holidays when the kids are out of school. We also do the longer cruises.
  17. You’ll see that Club Class has been renamed to Reserve Class.
  18. Interesting. Did you pick an arrivals time? Does everyone have the OM Ocean medallions? Or if not, did you order them to pick up at the port? Like others stated, no worries. But, I’m just curious as to why the new verbage. (Another IT change to the App.) It doesn’t matter now, but maybe one day in the future they may care more about QR’s and green lanes, as the ships are getting fuller. JMO
  19. Most of the time, it appears when you’ve completed ordering the OM and picked an arrival time. That can be 59 days to 10 days before sailing. So, the QR can really vary. But, like you said, it doesn’t matter so much. Except, a couple of times I was asked if I had a QR code. If I didn’t, they would just check you in anyway. 😳 2 seconds. Lol
  20. It is on the website, that they are available at Gelato area and Swirls or Coffee and Cones, depending on the ship. I’ve only seen a handful of people try them over the cruises we’ve been on.
  21. You’ll see it right on the top, first page. You can’t miss it. You have green checks on every thing? Order your Medallion wearable? Even if you’re picking up at port. Pick an arrivals time? Will be available anywhere from 59 days to 12 days before sailing. Click on: personal information and documents >move down to Suggested> arrivals>click on your ship>the arrivals group. If it’s not open yet, just keep checking.
  22. Good question. I hope not. What does MSC charge?
