  1. Yes. It used to be cruise personalizer under celebrations. But, maybe it’s not available yet on all ships?
  2. Did your TA book both breakfast and dinner? Did they take a CC for it, or comp? TIA
  3. Testing the waters. 5 day cruise, you’d probably test positive once you got home. You’d not be a problem for the cruiselines.
  4. That’s probably it. They will have enough staff to open it? Did it rotate 360 degrees? 🥹
  5. The only place I know is the Alaska mint, in Anchorage, but they sell them in different ports. You could check out the mint website to get an idea of what they should cost? https://alaskamint.com/gold-nuggets/
  6. The App is going to work on the ship! 😀
  7. I also found this website very helpful also. https://www.londontoolkit.com/travel/southampton_london_transfers.htm
  8. Same thing here. I just checked both anyway. Just watch the charges on the accounts. Take care.
  9. It doesn’t matter who booked it. Sometimes I show up as #1 other times it’s DH. But, most importantly, log into both accounts and check them while OB, so you can correct them with GS. I also check the night before disembarking to make sure. It’s so hard to correct it afterwards.
  10. Sign out of the App and back in. It may just be a glitch, which the IT team has to fix. How long ago did you book this?
  11. You can see it on your photo, click on it and it shows the medallion near your face. Should be black. Also, on the MedallionNet where you Go to purchase, it should show elite status discount and give you the discount.
  12. If you’re traveling with someone? DH or DW, etc. Now call PCL and buy the discounted internet for your cruise. And as @Steelers36suggested, call PCL Medallion App team and tell them to correct the App. I have been able to get through recently in a short amount of time when calling PCL CS.
  13. Best if luck. Yes, they should reimburse you according to their Covid 19 program. Let us know how it works out for you.
  14. Just do it before you get on, via the App or call into PCL. Save yourself the hassle.
  15. Yes. They were doing it only the first day for a while. In the very beginning of the restart, because the App wasn’t showing the discount. But, I would make sure my elite status is correct on the website and yes they should buy it from PcL ahead of time if the App is not corrected. They could do both things for them. I really hate to waste time once you get OB.
  16. Check your account on the website, does it say Elite? If it doesn’t, then a call to PCL, they can fix it. Check both your accounts and make sure they are correct.
  17. Yes, evidently you do have to order them. I always do order, ship to home or check the pick up at port, if necessary. The ports vary a little. If I had to pick up a medallion, I would tell the agent directing you to a line.
  18. I’m not positive, but would not be your waiter, in Feb on the Emerald. This is off topic now.
  19. Yes, if you are full vaccinated and boosted…. You are ready to go. Now, I’ve quoted from the website all the tests that are acceptable. You can get either test. We always get the Antigen tests, as they come back a lot faster and cheaper than the Pcr tests.
  20. What types of COVID-19 tests are accepted? Guests must take a SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) viral test that's either an antigen test or a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT). Antigen tests include: Rapid antigen Viral antigen Antigen chromatographic digital immunoassay Antigen chemiluminescence immunoassay Antigen lateral flow fluorescence Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT) include: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Reverse transcription real-time PCR (RT-PCR) Quantitative PCR (qPCR) Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) Transcription-mediated amplification (TMA) Molecular test or molecular diagnostic Isothermal amplification Droplet digital PCR or digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)
  21. No worries. This is a computer program process with a lot of airlines. Have fun!
  22. It had to be Sergio (head waiter) from Mexico, he was excellent. We had 3 similiar names on the CB, but none would have been your waiter on the Emerald. It’s such a common name.
  23. That’s good. They really need improvements at that port.
  24. It might be a different Sergio? The Sergio on the CB was there from Feb 6 until March 19th, that I know of. He’s from Mexico and worked the Coral Dr snd then the Palm Dr. He was staying on until the dry dock.
