  1. Tried that, in addition to a lot of other tricks. They just have to update it for those of us on changed voyages. Thank you though.
  2. This is also a very helpful website. https://www.londontoolkit.com/travel/heathrow_southampton.htm
  3. Crazy! Cruise personalizer is correct for us. Just the App is old info. I’m just going to leave it for a while. I did email the IT team to ask when the App will update. 😆
  4. Website updated, not App. Web version not recognizing the new booking no. No worries, it’s for Sep 2023. Thanks.
  5. If you have an eticket, then they should find it in their system. By booking number make sure your using the Air Transat number, flight no and last name or they can pull it up by ticket number. Has your flight changed? Make sure it’s still shows operating on the Air Transat website. Their website shows Eco and Club fares. They should be able to tell you what the rules are for seat selection. Are you sure it is a Air Tranat flight and not operated by a code share? It will state so on their website. I would check everything, flight number etc and then call the airline back. They should be able to figure it out, if you’re already ticketed.
  6. Another backup. Not sure how the internet is on the QM2, if they try, I would try the day before arrival, sometimes that has worked for me, as we get closer to land. Definitely wouldn’t be my only plan.
  7. It doesn’t show the port testing $60 on the updated Princess website July 14, 22 any more.
  8. How refreshing! Thank you so much for your comments. So happy you all enjoyed the cruise. Watch out though… the 10 days will turn into 21 days and so on! It’s very addictive. 😜
  9. Yes, as @dreaminofcrusinmentioned they have updated the rules again on princess website as of July 14th. You should check the website often. Do you have a proctored test you could do OB the QM2? Maybe an option.
  10. Okay good. I would just check with the casino dept to make sure it’s legit.
  11. https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/vegasview.com/amp
  12. Yes, I would worry about it. Why don’t you call Princess and ask them about this? Give them your booking no and they can tell you if anything is booked. Is it a casino booking? Then you should be able to call the casino number at Princess and see if it’s real. Don’t call the numbers they give you.
  13. It might show approved once you check in at the port and show your documents. I believe it is to be fully implemented for future cruises. They asked to see our original vax card, covid test results and passport anyway.
  14. I would watch the ship and the itinerary you may be doing, to get a better idea how they are handling covid and b2b’s etc. example: Live from the Regal - July 2-23 - Med Cruise - R/T Barcelona
  15. I’ve been watching roll calls for the Regal, The Enchanted and the Sky in Europe as we will be on those ships and interested in their itineraries. July roll calls.
  16. It has been the case on all the live threads that I have read. However, it can change quickly if the Government requires testing. So, you may not know that until you are onboard. Some European ports have had testing requirements, but this OP was not going to Europe. Just be prepared for the unexpected!
  17. Agree. We’ve asked and have been able to. Probably because my DS n BIL looked so lost! 😬
  18. The wait time has greatly improved. Well, at least my last few calls. I’ve gotten right through within minutes and the Chat line has been fast.
  19. You should always check princess website because this changes frequently. Last update was July 14th. According to their rules you will NOT be tested unless you are on a b2b that is Trans Oceanic or Panama Canal and itinerary is 10+ days. Will I be able to book multiple cruises, back to back? Yes, we will offer back-to-back bookings, subject to availability. Guests ages 5 and above on such sailings will need to take a complimentary rapid antigen test within two days of the second cruise if the that sailing includes a trans-ocean voyage or full Panama Canal transit and the itinerary is 10 days or more. Guests who test positive for COVID-19 will not be able to sail on the next voyage, nor will their family members and close contacts who are not fully vaccinated. If you, your family members, travel companions or other close contacts are suspected of having COVID-19, you are entitled to a 100% Future Cruise Credit (FCC). We will closely monitor guidance from government and health authorities and will adapt and evolve this policy accordingly.
