The rest of the cruises you have booked, you will need to log in using the booking number of each cruise. It’s a pita, but they have not responded whether they will load all our cruises on the new App under our profile picture, as in the old App.
So true! All of our South American tour operators prefer WhatsApp. Easy to communicate, especially once you’ve arrived in their country.
You can always just delete it once you get home, if you no longer want it.

dining..click on the calendar upper right corner with the heart.
You will see each day, scroll through, you’ll see what you’ve booked.
You could send an email to customer relations and see if they will credit these charges. If not, I’d tell the concierge once OB. Let us know.

We book when they come out. There are already increases showing up after only being out for 2 months, in some markets.
Many times they fill up quickly. Just depends on the popularity. Ships are sailing full these days.
You can cancel if you change your mind. Gives you a chance to search for alternatives.
They used to say the gratuity was included when it was $100. Then, sometime later, it increased to $110. In the last year, we’ve seen the 18% gratuity added on the folio. Of course, no notice. It just appears. Same with SD, it just appears on the folio. So, we now take that into account, when tipping. I’ve noticed a difference on ships. Not much consistency.
It used to be included in the price. But, in the last year, I’ve noticed they have been adding it on the folio at 18%. Also, SD too.
So, we also won’t do as much as in the past.
If the website bookings show the correct cabin numbers…then you ARE fine. No need to see GS.
Your DMW may also be okay. Is it okay on the website version of the App? You can go to the cruise personalizer in the website…click on the cruise…check in…see the blue hyperlink under the Google Ad…it says Try our website version. Go there and ….
You will see Dine my Way….see if that is correct. I usually use my booking number to get into the website version.
If it is wrong, you would call the dine line in your cabin to check them or fix them when you board, not GS.
The App has been going through constant changes and things have been changed, but yours may be still okay. But, these errors and glitches have lasted 2 years now.🥴
No. Yours is fine. You won’t even need that. Just show your Medallions or pick them up at the port and of course your passports and any documents you may need.
