  1. Agency can link them or show you’re traveling together. As far as DMW, you need their booking number and then when you book your MDR you can select your names and your friends names, you will book a private table for all of you or a shared table. That is, if you want to dine together. Yes, once on ship, you will enter your shipmates, with their booking number, they will accept you. Then, you’ll be able to see where they are or vice versa, using yiur phone App or the kiosks around the ship.
  2. None. You can recheck just before departure, but I don’t see any testing requirements. Here’s a voyage lookup from Princess. However, if it changes, you would get an email from Princess. As that would be a major change. https://www.princess.com/protocol/?fbclid=IwAR15FapmH1Hl74xuV39doqpqNUqsloaI7MtgyycJLQ2HddCercgIV2cuT_M
  3. Absolutely a robotic customer service agent response. No excuse. I’m so sorry you had to deal with that ignorance. I wish you had a TA or CVP that could handle this for you and you wouldn’t have to call in. Sending prayers for a full recovery. You’ve many cruises ahead of you.
  4. Too bad. Is this an arcade to attract teens, like rumors say on other ships to replace the Cigar bar with an arcade?
  5. We’ve been told by several ships that they hold the table 10 mins and sometimes 15 mins max, depending how busy it is.
  6. We use these. You can check Amazon, Walmart, etc. https://www.amazon.com/Luggage-Jollyants-Holders-Colorful-Reusable/dp/B07MX2WFB8/ref=asc_df_B07MX2WFB8/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312149245357&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7938838173232532779&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9010904&hvtargid=pla-646174493485&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=60226509297&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=312149245357&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7938838173232532779&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9010904&hvtargid=pla-646174493485 These are only $5.99.
  7. Rare is on the badge of a member's avatar. The member has done a “Live From” review from a ship.
  8. Some posters have reported being sent to another line at the baggage drop, if they were tagless. Why wait more time? It usually is very busy at the bag drop. Those handlers are trying to get bags quickly into the baggage cages. More bags, more tips. So simple to print and attach.
  9. I wouldn’t be surprised. On Enchanted 20 nights, it was used for private functions on some nights, but mostly empty for the cruise.
  10. It usually is on the formal night that they have the Captain’s welcome party and the champagne waterfall. Now, that is up to the Captain, but can be the 1st or 2nd formal night. Not many dress in white and gold. It really varies on different ships.
  11. When you pull your reservation up on the DL App, click on the top right … 3 dots, click view receipt and it will show everything you need. print. Let us know.
  12. They have been strict about the cut off time, due to the buses or trailers they use to transport the luggage to the airport. You would have to go to GS when OB to inquire. Also, make sure you print a copy of your flight details from the DL website. Must show names, ticket numbers, flight, date, booking number. GS will need a printed copy of this for their records to process. Any chance DL has another flight just a little later?
  13. Thanks for the feedback. Glad they could help you.
  14. Don’t believe so. Only used it at Ft Lauderdale. Seattle port has a similar service, Port Valet and it’s free.
  15. We usually get our OM about 10-11 days before sailing. They will come either from Fedex or USPS. You usually get a tracking number, so you can watch it. You can go on cruise personalizer, at the very top of the page you’ll see Luggage Tags and Travel Summary. I highly recommend you print out both. Luggage tags on your bags help to speed up the process. Don’t wait around for the baggage handlers to tag your bag. Some ports, they have you go in another line. Travel summary, gives you all your cruise details, in case their are any discrepancies OB.
  16. Maybe you’ll be able to use some of it, with the alternative port stops. In my experience, they usually take a while to cancel and give you alternate ports. TBF, it does take time to find alternate ports for the cruise lines and work it into their schedules. Watch your credit card and excursion list, as sometimes they just cancel the excursion, without notice and a credit shows up on your CC. Would be best for your situation. Let us know.
  17. From an accounting point of view, it SHOULD go back to original FOP, a refund of the amount paid by CC..back to the CC and the OBC amount on your folio as OBC. But, they don’t always process it that way. I’ve had excursions cancelled pre cruise and it went back to my CC, which I used. During the sailing, an excursion was cancelled and it went on my account as refundable OBC. I have not used a combination of payments for an excursion.
  18. Depends on when it’s cancelled and how the payment was made. If you used OBC and CC to pay, it will probably go on your folio as OBC. If you have any leftover, they send you a check. If your OBC was refundable, that is. I’ve found, even this can vary, depending on whom is processing the refund.
  19. Absolutely! That’s another example of why you should print your travel summary.
  20. Oh no! Chair hogs. Unreal. On some ships, they offer tables in one of the MDR’s for daytime card games. That really helps. I’m sure you will convey your thoughts to the right people. Hope your cruise goes better.
  21. Sorry to hear that. Do they still have a coffee bar at Amuleto in the Horizon Court? I can’t imagine doing a WC and it being so crowded. I would retreat to my cabin a lot, I guess. They could remove the Library and put in a small IC on 8. Not sure how big of an area it is, as far as seating, though. Coral IC was wedged just off the casino. Small, but workable. Hope your cruise goes better.
  22. IDK what I saw on AA, checked again, and there are plenty of business class seats open.
  23. When I looked last night on the AA website for availability, I did not see seats available in business, but doesn’t matter now, as I’m not even sure of the route, the flight, the true operating airline, etc. It would really help next time to get more details. When they look at their reservation on the airline website, it should show what an UG would cost. Not sure the OP ever did see the airline website they are traveling on. Seems to me, they just want to buy UG’s. That would be quite expensive. You would have to see what the current fare is in Business class and subtract what they paid, which EZAir was probably low. Then, you would pay the difference in fare. What ever the operating carrier is, could figure the difference. Yes, they can do that at the airport, if there are seats available…,IF the UG’s have not been given out already. It would be quite expensive. They may not be AA Advantage members and that’s why it’s confusing to them. But, this has nothing to do with EZAir. I wish them luck.
