  1. That is a very generalized email sent to all guests on this TA cruise. Ignore it for yourself. Same information given on the travel summary when they refer to visas.
  2. That’s good. RS also brings so many plates and heavy ones! We usually ask if they will consolidate the items, instead of 1 item on each plate! 🤣
  3. Yes, you will. Unless, your TA is one of those that does not allow bidding UG’s. We have ours marked no UG, but once the bidding opens for that cruise, we’ve received offers to bid.
  4. That’s the general terminology for those citizens visiting the US under the Visa Waiver Program. That’s not you. You are both US citizens holding US passports. They repeat this for those that might be affected. They have to fill out a form before traveling to the US. Have a great trip. We love TA’s.

  10. Thanks for the update. I’d give it 3-4 days to disappear now from the App. If it wasn’t cancelled on her end, then it should have still been shown on the website too. Anyway, at least the TA cancelled it now.

  12. I did ask the pastry chef once for a recipe while OB. He returned with the recipe a few days later. Of course, it was for 1000 and that’s where my 3rd grade math came in. 🤣

  14. You can call, or use the chat. Are you on Plus/Premier fare or standard fare? I see you said reset? Are you trying to cancel and it doesn’t work? There have been issues with this App and shipping for the last couple of months. If you can’t cancel and reorder for shipping, maybe call in tmrw for help. OR… If you have a CVP/TA they may be able to help.
  15. Try ordering it now. I’ve ordered a year ahead. It doesn’t matter. Make sure to select each name to order, and your credit card is stored in the App and try it.
  16. This is what the App says on the ocean medallion order page: What does yours say? You can order up to 13 days before embarkation. If you miss this day, your order will meet you at port.
  17. Yep. I tried it also. No hold option, without a deposit. Guess we can’t book and hold till our TA/CVP can pick it up now.

  19. Sold out and/or working the UG bidding and GTY’s. If it’s still available, they may show it again on the website again, when they are finished. What was mentioned, was the offers for a move over were sent by email and they had to respond by email if they wanted to accept it. Problem is, different agents work different ships, so may not help you. IDK

The terrace is part of the aft buffet to sit. Princess Live is a nice area, we had lectures there and other activities on the Regal. The Princess Live Cafe is not a cafe, but a bar and we picked up specialty coffees. I think if you search for pictures of the different areas on the Regal, you’ll get an idea of what they are. Haven’t been on the Regal for a couple of years, so may be some changes. IDK
  21. There has been an issue for the shipping for a few months. I was hoping, since you’re in Canada, you’d be able to reorder now for shipping, as some have reported they have been successful. Are you plus/premier on these? So, you have time to try later. You know how to do it now. I’m waiting on my 2024/5 cruises to order the OM.
