  1. I would ask my TA or CVP to get involved. I would also submit a request on the website under “Support Request”. Give them as much information as possible, booking no, ship, sail date, etc. The ship may not have sent the refund request through. That’s ridiculous. https://book.princess.com/captaincircle/customerCare.page?type=refund&topic=1 Also, did you email customer relations about the refund? customerrelations@princesscruises.com
  2. No idea. Didn’t ask when we were OB.
  3. Not sure if they opened the escape room since the restart? But, you’re referring to the Sky and the Enchanted… “Phantom Bridge” escape room while at sea.
  4. Some of the protocols have changed in the last few months with medical involvement. You would not have medical records to pay for necessarily, because you were not treated there, but you should have a documented record of a medical ordered isolation. Shame on that medical dept. They should have tested and documented it with a letter for you. They could have at least read your test result and documented it. If you do need a record of your medical required isolation, you can request it: mrecordsrequest@carnival.com If you have a CVP/TA, you can ask them to escalate your FCC request. Some have gotten FCC in a week and others months. If you don’t have a CVP or TA that will help, then I would go to AON or your insurance company to request the FCC’s. I would not just wait for the FCC to show up. Not likely. I have heard of it, rarely, but seems a CVP/TA has been involved or an extremely efficient ship personnel. IDK. If you didn’t have insurance, then you can request the FCC’s, as promised with the post cruise CS in the PCL website. Move down to “support request.” Give as much detail as possible. https://book.princess.com/captaincircle/customerCare.page If I were you, I’d definitely pursue the FCC’s, that’s not right. Good luck to you. Let us know.
  5. No. Website-cruise personalizer Travel summary and luggage tags. You should click: print Travel summary and also print luggage tags. Boarding info: Right above Itinerary on your Travel Summary
  6. No, they would destroy it, because it could replace their jobs. 😜
  7. That’s terrible. Have you tried to reach out to someone through a current roll call? I haven’t been on her in a while, so can’t comment.
  8. Unfortunately, a lot don’t report it. Probably why so many had it. We were a little concerned about guests on both sides of us. One couple had a heart condition and his wife was battling cancer. The guest on the other side had lung problems and was asking to be tested for covid. Luckily they didn’t get covid, or it could have been serious. We talked with them over our balconies and they seemed to dodge the virus. You just never know.
  9. Wow! I believe it. I know so many people who either have it or have been exposed. Appointments getting cancelled and changed, etc. Did they mandate masks? Did they have you mask on your release for another 5 days? Glad you had a mild case.
  10. You check it out and let us know! I’m going to check out the LA line’s first. 🥴
  11. Look at your travel summary and check, just before the itinerary, as it says your ship boarding time. So, you can go before or after that time up to 90 minutes before sailing. No more boarding times to select pre cruise. They didn’t enforce them anyway.
  12. Me too. I can just see the long lines! It was so efficient before.😳
  13. Sounds like they are simplifying things for sure, eh? 😳 Would be nice if we could get feedback from those OB now.
  14. Probably took place in August, as many changes did, as well as other changes. Everyone better get insurance to cover covid now or PVP. Some insurance companies no longer cover it. Thanks @Happiest when cruisingfor finding this.
  15. Seems as though now it’s treated as any other illness? As far as PVP and reimbursement. FAQ
  16. We use DL AX to pay for EZAir and always get the free bag, doesn’t matter if it’s EZAir or a mileage ticket, etc. No problem.
  17. Thanks for the heads up on the insurance increase. That was over a month ago and didn’t notice it.
  18. Have a great trip! Maybe we’ll see you on the next one. Say a prayer in Fatima from us.
  19. You wouldn’t be, because you get there at dawn. 🤣 Just kidding!
  20. Tell us how you really feel!! 😜 You’ve expressed what many have probably wanted to say. But, were afraid to go into the water. 😳 Thank you for making my day.
  21. It is mandatory to do the check in process at least 90 minutes prior to sailing, whether you use the downloaded App, the website version of the App or at the port, due to Government security requirements. So, it is nice if a TA can help them check in, or friends & family. Just makes things a little smoother on sailing day and less stressful. If they arrived early on sailing day, then there would be no problem for PCL to enter everything for them. I would say about 2 hours before sailing, if possible. The problem has been with the functionality and the App not being user friendly. It is much better now, but still has many issues.
  22. Agree. We were on the CB for 6 weeks and the crew was great! We had plenty of room for 4 of us on the balcony. We had dinner and lunch there many times. Our steward found an extra 2 chairs. Our family was staying in another cabin and joined us many times. Now, if it’s a full ship, that might be a little more difficult.
  23. Thought you were looking for spirits on the legs in/out SYD.
  24. Yes, ask your steward. Hopefully, they can find an extra one. Those balconies on CB are big on the Caribe deck. It has a big table and 2 chairs with foot stools normally.
