  1. Order an extra one for the cabin on the SF leg.
  2. We had 4 also and just took Uber to the port. Very easy, pulled right up to the check in area.
  3. Are you having sign in problems? If so, use your name, dob, booking number.
  4. Agreed. We hate to waste time too at GS. OP was afraid of not getting a reservation due to it filling up. Some have reported they have been able to do this and others not. I wonder if it is working intermittently, as IT is working on a fix? IDK But, it is a shame they can’t update the DMW to accept the dining credits. SMH
  5. Awesome review and help for fellow cruisers. Very Helpful!
  6. Did you? I would have finished it waiting in line!😂
  7. Usually on the CB it was held in the Skywalkers nightclub.
  8. Wow! We did avoid sea days. 🥴
  9. Yep. That’s the usual one. I wonder if you could write in; chocolate covered strawberries. LOL
  10. Not us either. We haven’t waited more than 5 mins to be seated. But, this was before this last change to charge a fee.
  11. You could do the PCL transfer that way. But we just took Uber from the Airport Hotel to the port. It was not a problem. Check price on an Uber on your phone now, to give you an idea on the price.
  12. This is the West Coast departures thread.
  13. No, they removed the arrival groups or the time you check in at the port. You may arrive at the most convenient time for you. Boarding time is different than check in times. Boarding time is shown on your Travel Summary.
  14. Princess removed the arrivals groups, meaning you can arrive whenever you wish. This is the check in. The “boarding times” were not removed. Check your Travel summary, it will show your boarding time for ship. You may board starting the time shown up to 90 minutes before sailing. Check the Travel Summary for any exceptions. Check in and boarding times are two different things.
  15. I’ve still seen it listed on the Patter or in your activities in Journey View once OB.
  16. Then, why didn’t you just go through the blue lane? The VP, in the webinar said you could use any lane. They need to keep the priority lane, instead of creating more problems. it’s not simplified.
  17. Yes, if you want to reserve ahead, because it’s filling up, then when you get OB, GS will give you an OBC. Did the $78 fall off your CC, sometimes it shows pending, then falls off. I would take a screenshot of that charge on your CC for proof. Since you don’t see it on the App, did you look on the travel summary in your cruise summary to see if it shows up there or on the DMW on the website version of the App? Ridiculous this is still an issue. SMH
  18. CR2025, I’ve got plenty of those! Another thing to pack! 😂 That thread was 4 years ago and you know they have improved it! Just like the improvements now with IT! 🥴 They have a machine in the back, that opens it and replaces the CR2025, only 2 mins. 😳 I had you going…right? 🤣🤣
  19. When you call the CVP number, press 0 to get a supervisor, then explain what you want to do. Call during normal business hours PT, so you should get someone in the US. I hope.
  20. When you embark, there should be a letter in your stateroom about the elite events, such as elite cocktail hour, captain’s party and canapés on formal night if you wish to order. You pick up that dreaded phone and order, or on some ships the steward will leave a card in your cabin for you to order canapés before the formal night. We did not like them either. You could always ask for strawberries instead. IDK..never tried that! 🍓 Oh, I forgot, you have premier and plus, so you can pick up the phone as much as you want! 😜
  21. Did you do the Elite tea in your room? Hope that does not have a RS fee.
  22. Of course! Didn’t think about Australia. Mystery solved!
