  3. Comic Sans has been the culprit for years on these boards. It is the one that gets reported the most. Members like to use it because it "looks cute". Not so for many more other members trying to read it.

  11. @VIKINGCRUISER Hello! To help you out, I have moved your thread to the Need Help Using the Forums? Check Here! forum. This forum is for questions and answers relating to technical assistance in using these message boards, I see from one of your previous posts you booked NCL Jade for May 01, 2024. I also see from your posts since 2012 that you have not posted on any Roll Call threads. The Cruise Critic Roll Call thread for your specific line, ship and May 01, 2024 departure date is where you would post along with other Cruise Critic members sailing with you. It will be the ONLY place on the Cruise Critic message boards where you and your fellow Roll Call thread members are allowed to post personal ads about sharing private tours, excursions or transportation with each other to save money. There is a "captive audience" there since you are all sailing together! Your fellow Roll Call thread members may post important information posted in your Roll Call thread. Especially those that have sailed your line, ship or itinerary before. However, I do not see one created for your line, ship and sail date as I type this message. Please feel free to start one! But first, please read What is a Roll Call? Everything you Need to Know and How To: Create A New Roll Call. 15. As Essiesmom states, you have posted on the incorrect forum. Note the following at the top of the first page of threads in this forum: Note: This area is intended only for questions and answers relating to technical assistance in using these message boards. Please do not post general cruise-related questions or Roll Calls here. For questions about Italy, click here Ports of Call - Europe - Eastern & Western - Italy Ports for the correct forum. For questions about Spain, click here Ports of Cal - Europe - Eastern & Western - Spain Ports for the correct forum. But first, please read the thread titles in those forums. Yes, there are pages and pages of threads, but the newer ones are on the first few pages. Threads are sorted by Recently Updated which means last post date with the earliest being first. You will probably find your fellow Cruise Critic members have already posted questions and received answers that may be of interest to you. If you start a new thread in either forum, it is best to limit each inquiry to only one topic such as one port of call and of course, on the correct forum. You will get more replies that way. Be sure to mention your cruise line, ship, port or sail date in your message IF that sort of information will help your fellow Cruise Critic members help you. Hope this will be helpful and glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic! Happy sails, Host Kat
  16. Please remember, the time limit will continue while you are editing your post. Do not take too long to complete your edit. Please note the following section from Can I Have My Post(s) Deleted? Edited? in the Community Help Center: Can My Post Be Edited Please? Posts will ONLY be edited if they contain personal information. Note that we have provided a reasonable period of time in which to edit your postings. Please include a LINK (web address) to the posting and send to help@cruisecritic.com from your e-mail address of record on your Cruise Critic account. We will need the link to the thread/posting to be able to provide the above service.

  22. Your dup post has been removed. Also, the OP, @Scott-23, has already posted a new thread on the Italy Ports forum. It is Hotels in italy .
  23. Welcome @Scott-23 to the Cruise Critic website and the message board forums! Pinned threads (aka Stickies) appear at the top of a forum's first page of threads. The pinned thread in this Italy Ports forum mentioned above is titled Hotels in Rome. Click this blue embedded link Hotels in Rome to go directly to that thread. Please note it has been active since July 26, 2020 so it is a verrrry looooong thread and you will see loooots of information and conversation. The Cruise Critic website and message boards are a great resource for new as well as experienced cruisers and we are so glad you found us! Also, it is best to limit each inquiry to only one topic such as one cruise line, one ship, one port of call, etc. and of course, on the correct forum. You will get more replies that way.
