  1. @Bonbonn Click here April 15-29, 2023 Caribbean East/West Adventurer for your Roll Call thread. I suggest you use the Follow feature on this thread you started or any other thread where you are interested in the new replies. That way you will not have to go looking to see if there are new replies because they will come looking for you as notifications! If you need more info on how to do it, please click here: How to: Follow Topics & Forums (Subscribed Threads/Forums Info) Happy sails, Host Kat
  2. @emcraft Please see the instructions in How to: Change your Cruise Critic Email Address or User Name. In your case, you will need to include both user names and Cruise Critic email addresses of record. The two would be merged together into one account under one of the names of your choice. That way you will have not lost your actual total post count. Be sure to mention which user name and email address of record you want to keep, since user name accounts cannot be deleted only merged. After your user name accounts are merged, all your previous posts with the other user name will then have your chosen user name. However, any previous quotes of your posts now in other member's posts will appear with your user name at the time of the quote. I hope this will be helpful! Happy sails, Host Kat
  3. Howdy @60s Wombat I have moved your inquiry to the UK Cruisers forum. Hopefully those that have knowledge regarding insurance brokers/companies in the UK will have information for you there. Sincerely hope this will be satisfactory! Happy sails, Host Kat

  5. Howdy @Karen.mcsweeney143 Welcome to the Cruise Critic message boards and thank you for your first new topic on the Cruise Blogs & Websites forum! However, it is off topic there since the forum is for our members to post their personal travelogue-type of cruise-related blogs or websites. To help you out, your thread has been moved to the Spain Ports forum where it will be on topic. The majority of your fellow Cruise Critic members that have been to Barcelona frequent this forum and provide feedback here. Browse through the thread titles on this forum looking for threads of interest. You will probably find your fellow Cruise Critic members have already posted questions and received answers that may be of interest to you. Cruise Critic is a great resource for new as well as experienced cruisers and we are so glad you are posting on the boards! Please feel free to browse the Cruise Critic Community Categories list. Read a few threads in the different forums to get a feel for what each forum is about. Make sure you read any pinned threads (aka Stickies) on the top of the first page of threads in a forum. You will find very important instructions or information there. Please remember the following stated in the Guidelines we all agreed to follow when registering for our free Cruise Critic memberships: Browse Before You Post Browse a topic first to see if your question has already been asked or answered by someone else. Also, many of the major cruise lines forums have a FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) topic that has been created by our members. Give that a try first. Browsing is your #1 best resource! Please post your messages in an appropriate topic so that you'll receive the best possible response. It is very time consuming to move misplaced messages that are in the wrong topics. Anytime you need to start a new thread/topic on a forum, first make sure you are in the correct forum for your topic. Word your new thread title in a way to help the members know exactly the information you seek. This greatly helps the members browsing through the thread titles and if they know the information, they will reply to you. Also, it is best to limit each inquiry to only one topic such as one cruise line, one ship, one port of call, etc. and of course, on the correct forum. You will get more replies that way. Be sure to mention your cruise line, ship, port or sail date in your message as that sort of information may help your fellow Cruise Critic members help you better. The specific Cruise Critic Roll Call thread for your line, ship and sail date will be the place for you to get to know the other Cruise Critic members sailing with you before your cruise. Your fellow Roll Call thread members may have important information posted in your Roll Call thread. Especially those that have sailed your line, ship or itinerary before. 20. Not allowed. From the Guidelines we all agreed to follow when registering for our free Cruise Critic memberships: Advertising is Not Allowed Cruise Critic has strict guidelines prohibiting blatant advertising, commercial sales and solicitation posts on all of our message boards. Our Cruise Community is meant to be an exchange of advice and tips where cruisers can talk about their travels -- not a marketplace for advertising and selling services. There are thousands of cruise professionals online and if we didn't insist on a non-solicitation policy the cruise boards would be very quickly overrun with nothing but ads.Cruise Critic defines advertising as an individual or company's attempt to generate business or other commercial enterprise, either directly or indirectly, by using our Cruise Board... If anyone has any questions/comments/feedback please note the following also from the Guidelines: "... If you have any questions or comments regarding our posting guidelines or any content found on our message boards please be sure and let me know. I'll be happy to discuss them with you.LauraSSenior Manager, Communitycommunity@cruisecritic.com ..." Please send your email with your questions/comments/feedback to LauraS, Senior Manager, Community at community@cruisecritic.com. Also, please send the email from your Cruise Critic email address of record and be sure to mention your Cruise Critic user name. This is so your membership can be verified, and reply sent to your Cruise Critic email address of record. If your current Cruise Critic email address of record is not correct and needs to be updated before you send your email, please see the following: How to: Change your Cruise Critic Email Address or User Name Hope this information will be helpful to anyone reading this now closed thread. 23. @JimOConnor Howdy Jim! Welcome to Cruise Critic and thank you for your first post on the message boards! Per the Guidelines we all agree to follow when registering for our free Cruise Critic memberships, the specific Roll Call thread for your cruise is the ONLY place on the Cruise Critic message boards where you and your fellow Roll Call thread members are allowed to post personal ads about sharing private tours, excursions & transportation with each other. There is a "captive audience" on your Roll Call thread since you are all sailing together! You will receive a much better response to your share request if you take some time to read the entire Roll Call thread, post an introductory post about yourself, and continue on with more posts back and forth to get to know the other Roll Call thread members and allow them to get to know YOU first before you post your share request. That is the spirit of our Roll Calls. To explain our Roll Call threads and finding the Roll Call thread for your line, ship and sail date, please read What is a Roll Call? Everything you Need to Know and How To: Create A New Roll Call. Since you do not mention your sail date, I cannot direct you to the existing Roll Call thread for your cruise IF one is already started on the Costa Cruises Roll Calls forum. For more information about our famous Roll Calls, please read the Roll Calls and Our Policy Regarding Facebook and Roll Calls sections in the Guidelines. We also have the following Cruise Critic article you might enjoy: 8 Reasons to Join a Cruise Critic Roll Call The specific Cruise Critic Roll Call thread for your line, ship and sail date will be the place for you to get to know the other Cruise Critic members sailing with you before your cruise.
