Most Administrators and IT teams work a regular 9 - 5 weekday schedule. As a non-paid volunteer, there is no "switch" for me to click to make everything magically go "back to work". Hang in there!

Those reading that are going to be first time cruisers can "see" what it will be like from another first-timer and hopefully abate any fears. @CruiseMountain I suggest you research the Cruising Technology forum. Lots of SIM card information there. I also suggest you use the Follow feature on any new topics/threads you start or any other topics/ threads where you are interested in the new replies.
