  1. As @Biker19 said... It is ship/sailing dependent. It shows up in three of my five cruises in 2024. One is actually a little different... It is actually Giovani's plus one instead of Chops plus one but it is essentially the same deal.
  2. I can't believe that I don't know where to find this info... I checked the Royal website and all it says is Oasis class ships embark from Term. A... I checked the Port of Miami Website and for the life of me can't find a link to a schedule that indicates which specific terminal and of course I googled it and got all kinds of random information but no confirmation which Terminal Independence is embarking from tomorrow. 🙂
  3. Keep checking... Reservations could open any day now.
  4. Not a chance. I like the suggestion, if your time allowed, to make your cruise a b2b. However, even without that idea. I still wouldn't do it. Diamond is great but not that great.
  5. I just got off 2 weeks of Harmony and the second week had 6600 pax (120% of capacity) of which 4100 were first time Royal cruisers. Even discounting that for cruisers who were first time Royal cruisers but came from other lines, that is an astronomical number of first time cruisers in my mind. I would think that that is what is driving the current price bubble. What will be interesting is do these first timers book second, third and forth cruises. If not then this is a bubble, if yes then these prices are the new reality.
  6. Last night after dinner we went back to the room and packed up. Those luggage tags are always so ugly looking 😫 We went to the early showing of iSkate. We arrived early and it’s a good thing we did. At 45 minutes before show time it was almost full. By show time it was packed and they were shewing people out of the aisle way. it was a good show and a good conclusion to the cruise. We called it an early night. we had a light breakfast in Park Cafe and are now waiting our number to be called down in the Crown Lounge. As a side note, since it has been disputed in the past Diamond vouchers were available to be used on debarkation morning. DW got a Latte at Cafe Promenade and it was charged to a Diamond voucher. We have a late flight out of Bush but if we can get in the road I’ll put ourselves on schedule standby for the earlier flight. Thanks for following I hope you all have a very merry Christmas. And a happy New Year
  7. Went to the Veterans tribute this morning. It was well done. After that a little shopping and drinks on the promenade. DW had a milk shake from JR’s I had a Miami Vice from Sabor Lunch was at Chops. I always order the sundae from the kids menu. 😇 Weathers a little sketchy but now is my last bit of relaxation of the week in the Solarium. Moscow Mule.
  8. No, no charge for anything in Park Cafe. Kummelweck sandwiches were my favorite. DW had made to order salads there several times.
  9. I ended up not climbing the steps up. The lighthouse did in my steps for the day.
  10. Yes it was. it was a great find. DW loves seeing animals. The lighthouse was an added bonus. Climbing the steps of the lighthouse at Punta Sur. My legs hurt today. 😫
  11. The afternoon got better still. after leaving the beach club we stopped, just for @Ocean Boy, at a really cool lighthouse. video coming of me hiking the 133 steps to the top. there was a great museum there as well. It was all free too. there were beach chairs and some shelter if you wanted to dock up there for a while. After getting this cool pic of the waves crashing and this cool lizard just hanging out. We left and we stopped at a crocodile refuge. It was a very interesting experience . I’m back in the solarium kicking back and relaxing before changing for dinner.
  12. Yes it’s open on embarkation day. We went there on day one on the first week.
  13. Greetings all, sorry for the radio silence we were a little wrapped with some stuff back home. But all is well now. Costa Maya was a ship day for us and we followed it up with a dinner at 150. Absilutely excellent meal and service. The headliner this week was a guy from “The Letteremans”. Not my genre but he was quite entertaining and I appreciate good showmanship regardless of the genre. Today in Cozumel we rented an old Jalopy and drone down Punta Sur. I didn’t know it be an old Jalopy but I should have assumed so since it was so cheap when I booked. That being said it got us here and was an experience we’ll long remember. We found a great little beach club that had everything we wanted and was free if you ordered $50 in food and drink. We are still enjoying ourselves there now. There are little raccoons all over. They are harmless, one jumped up on my beach bed while I was napping and scared the fire out of me.
