  1. LOL - I didn't look at the date. Obviously you know what your view was like. I love it when old threads gain a new life.
  2. Surprised to hear. Some one from medical dropped by just after testing to take 02 and temperature . Late afternoon she was back to take our temps again. Both times we were normal. I bring a infrared thermometer and Oxiometer with us so also taking it regularly. We never did run a temperature.
  3. Best way to determine is look at the Celebrity App. it will show usually around 5 pm on the Daily Planner. Usually it's the first Sea Day and the last Sea Day that isn't the last night of the cruise. Current Cruise - Day 2 and Day 6
  4. When you say send a photography... is that a photograph of the test? If so that would not be accepted. What you get when you have a supervised test is you get an e-mail from the proctoring company that states type of test, date and time of test and the results. I believe that is what the OP has a photo of .
  5. If you have a group of 6-10 would really recommend Murano and ask for the Wine Cellar. It's a rather private dining room off the main room. We recently hosted a party for 10 there but chose a Sea Day they had a luncheon. Iain has also booked it a couple times as a surprise birthday party for me with only 6 guests.
  6. I've stayed on the M-Class CS under Pool Grill - not bad but you will get noise from above. Both rolling of carts - ice carts and moving furniture around. Often late and early you hear scraping as they move the furniture to clean the floors. Cruisedeckplans has a neat tool to see what is above and below all cabins
  7. Yes they do have washroom outside the Oceanview and many have sinks at the entrance. I can't tell you how many times I've seen men use the facility and not stop to wash their hands. I'm sure I am not the only one to observe this.
  8. Yup.... we were told that Iain could smoke on the Balcony and the retreat Manager even sent up an ashtray. He told us that he could smoke in the bathroom or on the balcony. It may have bee that we were in isolation for only one day - I have never seen anything in writing. Iain's a polite smoker and if they had said no he would have complied. He does travel with nicotine patches and gum. I'm the one that have a tenancy to bend rules . . . LOL
  9. Thanks for you wonderful post. I'm enjoying it very much and look forward to following. Hope you don't mind if I give a couple pointers on uploading photos to CC. Your upside down picture are nothing you are doing wrong - there's a glitch with iPhone photos loosing orientation when posting to forums. It can be fixed by opening the photos first and click edit and then rotate 4 times - then when you post direct to CC it will show up correctly. For the photos you tried to upload as files the reason it shows HEIC is that it is an apple proprietary format and most pc's can't view them unless they buy a codec for it. Under Camera page, please tap “Formats” option to set up photo formats when taking pictures and transferring to computer. To disable HEIC image format, simply tap to switch on “Most Compatible” from “High Efficiency” option under CAMERA CAPTURE section.
  10. I've also found this to be confusing and found it isn't like I originally believed. On previous cruises I kept getting that message until I followed the instructions - On the email there is a 'COMPLETE NOW' big blue button - Click the link and fill out the information - Enter Primary Guest Where I previously failed and kept getting the email I discovered you have to then also click ADD GUEST and add second guest. After doing that I no longer get the reminder. Evidently it is not related to uploading you vac certificate which I did weeks ago and still got the email.
  11. On an upcoming cruise - Some sailings have it on sale now. Tuscan Grill - First Night 35.40 other night $45.00 Le Petite Chef - $55
  12. Always put it on at the hotel just before leaving for the port. If you have a Celebrity Shuttle to the ship from the airport you might wish to put it on in advance to save time and hassle of having to locate and put it on at the airport terminal. For the shuttle you usually claim you bag and then give it to a Celebrity Porter who put it on the bus.
  13. Thanks for sharing the pictures of Eden for Dinner. I was ho hum on their previous menu and enjoyed your picture and review so much I booked it for first night for our April 2023 Cruise. I have to say, Your all dress beautifully and look fantastic. I just noticed you are from Dublin. We lived across from Herbert Park in Ballsbidge for 3 years. Love Dublin and will be back to visit next year.
  14. If you go to a site called CruiseDeckPlans they have a tool for virtual view of obstructed view cabins. Actually after looking at the URL it links to a thecelebritycommittment site. https://www.thecelebritycommitment.com/360_Millennium_Class.html They list the cabins below as partially obstructed views. They have a virtual tool to view what it looks like.
  15. Infinity never went through revolution. She has had some maintenance dry docks and the softgoods updated. There's a recent post on her first cruise about a week ago. Lots of teething pains
  16. Haven't been on Apex yet but on Edge we had USB outlets on lamp next to bed. I don't recall there being an exposed electrical outlet.
  17. I was just reading a Live post from Beyond and the OP had dinner in Eden last night. Personally I love the new menu. I will have to rethink booking on our Spring cruise.
  18. I could be wrong but I believe the original futuristic show that they had on Edge in 2018 and 2019 were replaced with more entertainment like in the main theater. When we had dinner there in 2018 the sound level was over the top where you couldn't even carry on a conversation and from where we sat you couldn't see anything except an occasional lady swing by from the ceiling . We considered it a miss and never went back. I guess Celebrity re-created the experience
  19. On my claim I was refunded 100% for the day I was in quarantine - I had also won an upgrade and they refunded the proration of the upgrade. Basically take your basic cruise price plus port charges and divide by the number of nights. They also refunded excursion that was planned.
  20. Remember this is the improved website. A couple years ago they paid a company Millions to make their website user friendly. In my humble opinion they have a larger problem with messaging in general and neither use usability testing or a staff of diligent proof readers.
  21. That is correct --- sorry for the typo. It' also quieter than Hilton (LOL)
  22. I got that recently myself on a booking I made for my sister-in-law. Since we are paying for both cruises I knew it was an error. Called my agent and he fixed and linked them.
  23. Curious - when they say your first payment date. Is that the deposit or payment at 90 days prior to cruise. I have an annual policy but considering booking by the cruise but haven't compared prices yet.
  24. I believe it is now all wall bottles. At least on Millennium, Silhouette and Equinox.
  25. On website - not app - Got to Manage Reservation Click Link
