  1. Definitely just leave it. All Celebrity requires is you have the full series of the initial shots. They have no requirements currently re boosters.
  2. I was looking forward to getting a day on the beach between Nova Scotia and Greenland. LOL Celebrity is so good with messaging. Earlier we got an email reminding us to get a Bermuda Travel Pass.
  3. On the M-Class Ships there are only 2 CS's on Deck 9. The majority of the suites and all of the Upper Suites are on deck 6.
  4. If you don't have a really early flight you could do your test anytime just after mid-night which may help you sleep better knowing your negative.
  5. Celebrity OBC for price adjustments have always shown up within a day or when the agent confirmed. If your agent had a group booking and giving you an Agent OBC then it won't show up until the cruise.
  6. Interesting to read. I'm wondering if it is just another screwed up attempt at messaging. To my knowledge the "Safe passage Home by private air lift" policy was eliminated about a year ago when they were cleared for isolation on the ship. You an only imagine how expensive this was but was necessary when cruising resumed. We all know how good they are at proofing and messaging. Yesterday we got notification of needing a Bermuda Travel Pass for our cruise to Iceland and Greenland. Also our cruise planner showed us going to Bermuda hmmmm..
  7. I would give either Celebrity or your agent a call and get a verified answer. I just chatted with a contact I had verifying that a Certificate of Recovery could be used on a B2B. On July 5th the changed the requirements and now allow either a failed Antigen or PCR test and a COR issued 11 days after verified test failure.
  8. O'Doules, Heineken Zero and sometimes St Paulie Girl.
  9. Saw that yesterday. It's not just that Cruise. We are on a B3B and the 8/7, 8/19 and 8/31 all flipped to not available. The day before on the 8/31 there were at least 4 SS still open and had been open for weeks. Maybe they sold them off to a consolidator instead of having to give price matches. They did that on a Silhouette cruise I was on - went from 65% capacity to fully booked overnight.
  10. Good luck - Fingers crossed for you. I believe if they have expired that cancel and modified button goes gray.
  11. Curious if this on a mobile device. I filled it out last week using my PC and was able to just input the Birth date manually but would pop up a calendar after mm dd yy. Also unless you also go further down and add travel partner they keep sending you the e-mail Last cruise I never filled it out and was no problem at all - After all they already have it uploaded during checkin. Why would they even ask.
  12. I just checked mine for 3 cruises coming up in August. I used the link confirming my bid and brings me to a page showing all bids - When I click modify it shows both the current bid and pending for all of them. but had to do it individually. If I recall it has been that way for the past couple weeks.
  13. QR code is not required. Some services add one others don't
  14. I messaged my Doctor yesterday (Kaiser, California) and he replied Unfortunately were not allowed to give Paxlovid to people who are not known to be infected, and are also symptomatic. It is still under a expanded use authorization meaning that you cannot give it off label in any circumstance. Just reference point I had also asked at the Pharmacy and they said that at most test sites they will immediately give Seniors and at risk patients Paxlovid if test positive but she was not permitted to sell it without a prescription. May be California restrictions combined with feds.
  15. Wondering if anyone has had any experience using a Certificate of Recovery on a B2B and whether they accept in in lieu of a B2B test. Just curious as someone on our August 7 Iceland/Greenland cruise just tested positive and are also B2B's. Just was reading that Celebrity recently changed their requirements and now allow either a PCR or Antigen along with a COR between 11 - 90 days of cruise date.
  16. No you did not have to settle our account nor did we take most of our luggage with us. We just took enough for a 2 night visit. They returned our Passports to us the night before (they were being held most of the cruise) and the Retreat Concierge escorted us to our driver who was waiting for us. We were given a Transit Pass similar to what you get on a B2B and our stateroom key was taken from us as we left the ship. When we rejoined the ship the Documentation Agent came to the gate and gave us back our room key. The Indian Immigration was paintful and had to manually write down everything from you passport in a log book. As it ended up the Celebrity Tour was on the same airplane as us in both directions and we all arrived at the port at the same time.
  17. I guess you are more than an expert than the Emergency Staff at RCL who gave me a written approval for A DOWN LINE DISEMBARKATION as well as a DOWN LINE EMBARKATION.
  18. Mine was more complicated as we were taking a side trip from New Mangalore and rejoining the ship a couple days later to visit the Taj. The ship had a tour also but was 3x the price I did it privately. On ours instead of staying in New Deli overnight we stayed in Agra. We had a private driver and guide for 3 days and was one of the best tours we have ever taken.
  19. Yes. I do it all the time. You may have to resize it to meet their requirement but there are many websites that do this for free if you google. I initially took the photo I shot for Cruise and saved on my laptop. I find it easiest to upload from the web page than the app since I have the pictures on my laptop. I generally complete the online checkin using the iPhone and then come back and add picture on my pc
  20. You can but you need to apply in advance and they have to approve it. I believe the cost is $60.00. I've done it before and they check to make sure there are no restrictions and have to potentially arrange customs.
  21. Thanks for taking the time to post. Really enjoy reading along and hearing of your fun vacation.
  22. Agree - we did on our own. They sell tickets right at the pier and the one we took included a boat ride to the Gratta Azzurra (the Blue Crotto) not to be missed.
  23. Also the ship was at over 3% and all the quarantine cabins were occupied.
  24. Many of us use these from Amazon or even Ebay - I bought one set 6 years ago and are still using the original ones. They are beyond sturdy and the wire screw ties have never come unhooked.
