  1. That’s why I noted I am using iPhone and iPad. Since some say they have no problem and others like me can’t use it at all. I sent a message to royal in messenger, I’ve done that in the past and got better results because people actually respond. Thanks Ken
  2. ive done that many times, plus I’ve deleted and reinstalled many time on both iPhone and iPad. Maybe It’s just an Apple device issue? Every time all I see is one cruise and sometimes it’s my next cruise and other times it’s a cruise in the future. I guess I’ll check in online. I just hope I can use the app on my next cruise.
  3. Since the Royal app isn’t working for me showing all my cruises, and I need to checkin to a cruise tomorrow , I can assume that I’ll be able to do it online right? It’s been so long that I’m not sure if they expect everyone to do it on the app. I hope they fix whatever they did to mess it up soon, I’m on a cruise in less than 2 weeks and I’ll need it on the ship. Thanks
  4. That isn’t always true. Many times drinks we ordered in the MDR were not added to the app until much later, so we had to keep track.
  5. It’s almost funny the manipulations we have to go through now to see our cruises. All mine show up online. I do all that you mentioned above, sometimes just logging out of my profile and logging back in will allow me to see all my cruises, but once I house one, then all the others are gone. I just hope they are planning another update soon. It can’t be worse than this one. 😁
  6. I still have issues with my app. I only see 1 of the 6 cruises I have booked and I need to Checkin to another cruise in 2 days. Anyone have any advice?
  7. I say that on every cruise we’ve taken since this new muster started. Don’t let passengers have the ability to use their seapass card until they’ve completed muster. But since they don’t give the card at boarding like in the past, and the new muster doesn’t start right away, Royal may lose out on a bit of money from drinks and other charges, so I doubt that would ever happen
  8. I had to finally delete the app and reinstall it but it’s still not working good. I should know better to upgrade an app before I see comments related to the latest updates. Hope they put out another update soon, Im cruising in 2 weeks and it’s not looking good now. In fact it wasn’t even showing that cruise!

  10. oh that makes sense…. We want to fly to Hawaii and spend some time there and then cruise back. We’ve done that a couple of times, I’m just hoping the Hawaii portion includes Kauai. I saw one this year (I think) that wasn’t as good as we’ve had in the past.
  11. You already booked 2024? How? Last time we did Hawaii we flew there and cruised back to Vancouver and that was in May. I haven’t seen any 2024 to Hawaii yet!
  12. we also always get the earliest boarding, and there were times (not sure if at PC or Tampa) that they were checking times. Maybe it’s time to stop the boarding times like they are stopping testing. I would love to see it return to normal

If everyone shows up early, then the people that actually have an early time will need to stand in line much longer than expected……note, I’m not assuming that you did that , but I’m sure many do and on the large popular ship like Wonder, it would be a madhouse of zig zag lines if people don’t stick to their time.
  15. With this ship being new and most likely full, they may make you stick to your check in time. We’re on this cruise too and got an early time.
  16. im also not thrilled with MDR entrees, but on our last TA I started to order a few things from the vegan menu. Some of the apps and soups were much better and fresher than on the main menu. Others at our table took notice and also checked that menu each night before deciding what to eat. I’m not vegan but I don’t eat much meat
  17. We finally received our Odyssey block last week and it came form that same address. Is it because we live in Florida?
  18. True, but on more than one occasion somehow my seapass was charged for someone else’s drink.
  19. We asked our bar server earlier this year about tips too, we wanted to know how much they get. We were told by him that they get $.60 per each drink that they served, regardless of how the drink was paid by us……drink package, loyalty drinks, or pay for each drink. Did a server tell you that they get absolutely NOTHING when they serve you a Diamond drink? We always tip per drink too.

We’re vaxxed so it’s not an issue for us, my comment was to show that even though they said testing stops for almost all cruises, it seems that most of the cruises we take from Florida either go to Labadee or Routan on the western routes. We also just so happen to be going to Columbia in February. So for us three in a row would need testing…. So for us testing for non vaxxed hasn’t stopped on “most” of our cruises, along with the TA next year that will need proctored testing still…..I thought that was over
  21. our next three cruises include a stop in Labadee (Two cruises) and one in Colombia.🤷🏼‍♀️
  22. This made sense to me. Thanks for explaining it. We’ve missed ports in the past and only once received a credit. It’s not a big deal to us, especially now that we understand.
  23. Are your cruises from Australia to Hawaii? I can’t get hubby to commit to that distance yet, I’m slowly getting him used to longer and longer trips. We have a B2B on Odyssey for holy Land/TA next October. I’m interested in Alaska to Vancouver to Hawaii.
  24. We’re also watching for Hawaii cruises in 24. Hope someone here is watching better than me and will post here.
