  1. For those boarding today, good news they have found some beer!
  2. Or it gives you the option to boot the other device off, endless fun🤣!
  3. Yes we had that and we weren’t on a P&O flight either. Asked them and they said you can board whenever. If you’re on a P&O flight I guess they’ll know where you are. We were delayed until the following morning this week to allow for delayed flights so wouldn’t worry.
  4. Thought you might have had a power failure as you left. Turned on all your pretty lights as you left the berth then turned them all off again!
  5. Could not agree more with this! On Azura now and honestly they could have given crayons to chimps and they would have made a better job. You are funnelled from two sides to a small area where the roasts are carved. If you want to get a hot plate they are located perfectly so that if anyone is getting something nearby you can’t get to the plates. If you decide you want to look at at what’s on offer (no menu outside as there was on Ventura) and get to the roast area and decide I’ll have that then there are no plates and you have to got back to the afore mentioned hot plates. I’ve seen so many times people get food in the tongs and realise they don’t have a plate! Bizarrely the desserts section which you are generally at for a few seconds takes up a quarter of the space. Rant paused!
  6. Including shareholder and additional OBC we have £1140 to spend on this cruise. It’s going to be tough but we’ll get there!
  7. If booking for the whole cruise £12 per day essential and £18 ultimate.
  8. Queen Elizabeth Q332A 17/10 B & W 21/10 Masq Queen Elizabeth Q332C 24/10 R & G 27/10 20s 31/10 B & W 12/11 Masq 17/11 20s
  9. No, they were quite clear, if you want them you can order them @ 6 for £7.25. Looks like a few things have changed at the start of December. Along with the internet going up.
  10. Ok so just checked and essentials is £18 per day or £12 per day for the cruise plan. Ultimate is £24 per day or £18 per day for the cruise plan. 2 devices is a 5 % saving.
  11. Well for 2 devices it came through as £316 for 14 days. It looks like £12 per day for the whole cruise for one device. Possibly £18 for enhanced. It’s not in Horizon anymore so will try and find out later for you.
  12. This may or may not make you rethink about cancelling as the price has just gone up. It had gone up in the system on the 2nd but they had forgotten to tell whoever publishes Horizon and it was still showing old prices in there!
  13. Thanks, had already looked at that page, unfortunately I’m having the same lack of response so thought I’d try here!
  14. Thank you @Astrajet so is an Australian address mandatory do you think or just if you want to book online? Can’t find a TA over here to book it. Hence why I posted here rather than on the P&O OZ forum. What would say the differences are (if any) from UK P&O?
  15. Just surfing last night and looked up this arm of Carnival. Ships appear to be Ventura/Azura like but slightly different. Like the look of the “Byron Beach Club” which is like the retreat but bigger to include the Oasis pool. Anyone on here sailed with them?
  16. Apparently it’s 1500 now and then back up to full capacity over Xmas/New year.
  17. On Azura now and complimentary water cans are no more. Also Glass House is no longer bookable.
  18. Fortunate enough to win the round Britain post covid in summer 2021. Apparently they normally go for about £600, we luckily got it for quite a bit less! Paper charts are certainly still available.
  19. We went from the Ocean terminal for the first time this month on QV and they do have the ability to prioritise groups as they have 2 doors to security. We were in BC and went down the right hand side of security to our own door which appeared to be diamond/BC/platinum. This was whilst grills were going in through the “main” door to security. Worked well.
  20. No mention of QV after October either🤔
  21. For balance, we were on Ventura in October and didn’t experience any of these staffing problems. The waits for MDR were about 20mins at 1930 but we did the app waiting and had a drink. Worked really well. The buffet for breakfast was very busy at 9 mainly due to the ridiculous layout which funnels people to a point in the middle of the serving area. Also I don’t know why they have so many tables for 4 when most (on this cruise) were travelling in 2s.
  22. Thank you both, this is an “addon” week as we are doing Barcelona to Singapore so trying to keep it as cheap as possible. We have miles flights booked to arrive in Barcelona 3 days before the long cruise but my man maths made the extra week work if we went on the day! Can you purchase extra luggage if we slum it in economy? I’m still tempted to do my own thing on the day and risk it. Don’t mind missing the week if insurance pays out.
