In my opinion the whole scheme needs revamping, goes for Cunard too. The schemes don’t appear to drive bookings. I’m fairly new to cruising having spent quite a few years using airline and hotel schemes, both of these I’ve actually booked flights and hotel rooms to move up or maintain a tier. This week I’m going to the Moxy in Southampton to maintain a tier🤣. I’m only doing this because it’s worth it though, looking at both P&O and Cunard I’ve definitely not thought oooh 50% off laundry I must book another cruise. The discount for on board spend is good and could be improved to drive business. I think a credit card would be a good idea too to earn points. These schemes can really beneficial to a company, IIRC Airmiles as was was worth more than BA at one point.

My other half is on a cruise with their mother next week in the same cabin and they have been given different boarding times😂!!!

Radio taxis have their own app which, when you use it is identical to the lyft app.

If you happen to pass nearby could you have a look at the swimming pool by the retreat? It, and the jacuzzi by it were in a pretty dire state in December. The swim flow machine thingy (that’s the technical term) wasn’t working either.

You get a star for each quiz you win, trade them in at the end of the cruise. The more stars the better the prizes. We only won one and got a handy car usb thing. Handy for my boat.

Resurrecting this thread as looking at booking on QA in Princess and notice that the P2s are on deck 8 below the buffet. Those of you that have experienced a cabin below a buffet (obviously not on QA!) is there much noise from above?

The best benefit we found of a B2B was we had the run of the ship between 9 and 1! It was virtually a hot tub per person.

Was in Lanzarote last year for a month pre cruise, very easy flight to Tenerife North, 20 mins from cruise terminal. Booked via last minute as much cheaper than direct, about £70 return each.

I had the same problem and unfortunately for some reason Carnival won’t allow access through the ships internet using a VPN. I’m in the US at the moment and bizarrely using a VPN I still can’t access the UK pages!!!

Absolutely not the case when it comes to EU261 compensation (if eligible). It is purely based on destination arrival times.

When we departed last week for an independent transfer we spent ages working out what to leave out for hand luggage and all the liquids which had to be thrown out or put into small bottles then to realise that we would pick up our suitcases when we left the ship so could just put the stuff in then!!🤦‍♂️
