The only disadvantage is not having the indoor pool. Odyssey has Playmakers, Lime & Coconut and the main dining room area is much nicer. No Johnny Rockets, either, on Odyssey.

The port and the basin should be closed off. People being noisy should really stay away. Expect all ships to be very delayed today.

not sure about buffet items, but low sodium items can be requested in the MDR.

He's very straightforward when talking to people. Plus I'm sure he annoys a few due to being very flamboyant. Again, he'll get a job with another cruise. He has gigs booked throughout Florida in December for his holiday show.

Perry's off of the Anthem officially. RCCL did not renew his contract according to his Facebook page. I'd bet if he doesn't come back to RCCL than another cruise line (not Carnival) will pick him up.

The unfortunate part is you only get a ship in Mobile from Nov-April. Spirit is still being sent to Alaska for the summer seasons.

Just for the winter seasons though. Spirit still heading to Alaska from April-October.

And shame to hear she didn't get the outdoor areas amped except for the slides. Was hoping they'd add the new Lime & Coconut area. Looking to book the 11-day Explorer cruise in Jan. 2025 and am saddened to hear nothing major was done during this dry dock.

My issue is why is Puerto Plata still on the Jan. 7 cruise but removed from the Jan. 18 & 29 cruises?

Received an email on Thursday that my Jan. 18, 2024 cruise has to drop Puerto Plata and instead replaced it with an evening stop in San Juan(4pm-11pm). Disappointing to have a new port canceled, but it is what is it. However, the next cruise on Jan. 29 dropped Puerto Plata as well but didn't replace it with another port. Additionally, the prior cruise(Jan 7) has kept Puerto Plata and their itinerary remains unchanged. I had assumed PP was dropped as RCCL didn't think the ship could arrive on time as its the first port, but since the previous cruise has kept it, it's a bit odd for the cancellation of Puerto Plata on two of the itineraries, but not all three. Thinking of changing to the Jan 7 cruise just to go to Puerto Plata, but I wonder if RCCL will eventually remove it from that itinerary, too? Yeah, her drydock will be early 2025. Expect her to stay in Europe until then.

As expected, it's sailing out of Singapore and will cater to the Asian market. Just needs a name now. Still curious if they'll add a casino.
